Baskin-Robbins and Kernels Popcorns — Restaurant in Toronto

Small, clean and bright location at 726 Bloor St West at Christie near Christie Subway station. This a Baskin Robbins and Kernals location. I was there for Baskin Robbins. I had a scoop in a cup for $5.49 of "Wild 'n Reckless" Sherbet...Fruit punch, raspberry and green apple. I've been wanting to try it for a long time and I'm glad I did! The green apple made me hesitant and why it took so long for me to finally take a chance on the flavour. It had a little bit of creaminess, was a pleasant sweetness and fruitiness. I don't really find the green apple stands out with the blue raspberry and purple fruit punch flavours. I actually thought it tasted more citrus than green apple. Swirls of colours of green, blue and purple make it look like a flavour for kids but don't let that stop you or fool you. If you like Sherbet or Sorbet in fruity flavours like berries you'll probably enjoy this. Especially if you live their Blue Raspberry Sherbet like I do. I actually like this waaay better than their Rainbow Sherbet or Citrus Twist which I really wasn't expecting. Highly recommend...

My aunt and uncle went yesterday and bought 2 cones, no bells and whistles just 2 single scoop cones. They were charged $15. They don't speak English so they couldn't communicate properly to understand why they were charged so much. They received the first cone and charged 9.50, they gave $10 and got back .50 cents. Then they got the second cone the person asked them for money and charged 5.30. The same person gave them their cones and charged them so they couldn't have claimed they had an extra cone hidden under their sleeve. They feel like they were taken advantage of because they didn't speak English. I hope your establishment better learns to deal with people who don't speak English well, and to the fellow who took the additional 5 dollars from a pair of seniors, I hope you feel good about yourself. What an amazing store! This has been our go-to Baskin Robbins for years. During COVID, the staff at this particular store went above and beyond for us when we ordered a gold medal ribbon birthday cake with delicious (out of this world!) fudge icing. The staff at the Bloor and Christie location wrote a beautifully penned happy birthday message on the cake and everything arrived in no time at our door via Skip the Dishes. We highly recommend the 726 Bloor Street West Baskin Robbins! P.s. we also recommend strawberry shortcake ice cream here - sooo good - not to mention the unparalleled pralines and cream.
