Came here for a slice. Asked for xtra tomato sauce on my slice and when it was ready the lady working yesterday night put ketchup on my pizza. I told her why is there ketchup on my pizza and she tried to tell me ketchup was tomato sauce. I literally tasted the ketchup with my finger and behold it was ketchup. I literally became upset and told her here in Toronto tomato sauce is what you base on pizza like marinara sauce same thing but ketchup is not tomato sauce for pizza like base sauce. I asked for new slice and to speak to the manager. She told me the manager wasn’t available when he was standing in the back of the place. She then gave me a nee slice with cold marinara on side as i asked for it heated on pizza while in oven. The pizza was stale too very hard to digest so i threw it out. The manager then who wasn’t available to talk asked me on my way out how was the pizza and i have to be honest the service and knowledge of staff is horrifically bad. The pizza is usually good at this location and now it was terrible last night. Fyi Tomato sauce is not ketchup! I am super annoyed by how i was left as a customer here. Probably won’t ever come back or order from this location again brcauseof these two incompetent workers that worked last night on shift. My wife and I have had 3 Too Good To Go orders from this location all refused. They list their goods on the app but never fulfill orders. Anyone who uses the app knows that there's no refunds, and the merchant has to cancel the order if they cannot fulfill it. They basically scam people into placing orders, refuse the order in store, and hope the customer doesn't dispute it with the app.
The owner is a tiny angry little man that makes his employees explain their BS lie to customers and then plays the victim of the "app" because there's "nothing he can do".
How about removing your listing from the app if you do not have the goods.
Today was the last straw, there were multiple customers in the shop with the exact same problem, waiting for the owner to provide a valid explanation/refund. Owner refused to provide the orders or cancel from his end. He ended up saying that all the customers were being unfair and kicked everyone out.

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. I walked in on February 15, 2025, at 6:30 PM, ordered two small pizzas, and was told to come back at 6:45 PM. When I returned, the employee snapped at me, saying she wasn’t done yet because she was “working alone”—as if that was somehow my fault. Mind you, the store was completely empty.
By 7:10 PM, I was still standing there, waiting for two simple pizzas while this employee acted like I was inconveniencing her just by existing. I had even asked at 6:30 PM if I should just come back at 7:00 PM, and she still couldn’t get them done on time.
Finally, at 7:15 PM, I got my food—no apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. Just a miserable attitude and complete disregard for customer service.
