I placed a Ritual order here and when my partner went to pick it up, they told him that they'd given our order to the wrong person. Somehow, they figured that WE should be the ones to fix the situation by calling Ritual and having them refund the payment??? When we asked why they couldn't just make us another combo they argued saying "it's not our fault!" - - uh, you gave away our order to the wrong person, how is this NOT your mistake?? Read moreI’m not sure what happened to this place but their quality and service has really gone down. I order delivery and pick up here often (almost every week). The last 3 times I ordered the food hasn’t tasted as fresh. Then this weekend I went to pick up my order… the employee looked at me as I walked in, went back to scrolling on his phone and ignored me when I went up to him at the counter… I had to greet him like I worked there and he glanced up as if I inconvenienced him… Wow, sorry I gave you business by ordering for pick up and now you have to give me my food??? Read moreBad customer service. They value money over customer experiences or concerns. I ordered food to go through an app. Someone (who was not my delivery person) picked up my order and therefore it wasn’t there when my driver got to the store. I called the store and asked them if they could just remake my order and give it to my Uber driver since he was waiting, but instead they REFUSED to remake it, because it would cost them money. Keep in mind they have 8 locations and most restaurants will remake the food if you’ve ordered it and already paid for it.
