WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I don't recommend this location at ALL! Went on 08/27/21 and the waitress "Jen aka Jennifer" wasn't friendly at all

Covid-19 violations: we both got dirty forks and knife had to ask for plastic utensils and Dirty table! Our waitress didn't bring us any napkins or wetnap or offered any water ... The front desk host was basically our waitress that night... I wish I got her name she was very helpful she got us everything we needed. Food: We ordered at 10:35pm the all you can eat for my husband and before I can even tell her my order she says "you can't share meals or I have to charge you"

1. I don't eat ribs 2) it's rude to automatically assume... I disregarded what she said & ordered the firecracker burger and Kapow Shrimp. Once we got our food at 11:00 p.m. our waitress came back at 11:05 to tell us that the kitchen is now close last call for food drinks and dessert... My husband was so upset because why would we come and spend $34 on all you can eat just to get 8 racks of ribs. We asked to change it to the full rack and not all you can eat and she said "I already punch in the order." So my husband asked to put in for double ribs they brought him two small plates 1 with 3 rib bones and 1 with 4 rib bones .. worst experience

We kept trying to call our waitress. Who was standing at the bar and she was ignoring us so we had to once again ask the hostess to call her waitress... Then Jen came to our table and said "what's up" in an aggressive tone... so we just asked for our bill. Even though we had horrible experienced I still tipped her $6 my biggest regret! Just to top off the horrible night once we paid the bill she didn't even offer us boxes to pack out food. We had to ask the host to get us some boxes!! I will never come back to this...

Started off well, our server was great. It wasn’t overly busy but enough to keep everyone moving. Debated on getting the Monday night half price wings but when I saw the Ultimate Smoke platter, I was sold. I knew their BBQ that I had previously was good. There were 4 adults there for dinner. I ordered the Ultimate Smoke platter, my wife ordered the Buttermilk chicken and mash, my parents got the firecracker burger and the wings. For an appetizer, we got the spinach cheese dip.

I only took pics of my food because it looked pathetic. Nothing like the pic on the menu or website (screenshot included)! Everyone else was content with their food.

As you can see from the pic of what I got, the ribs and fries looked amazing!!! And the ribs did not disappoint! A+++ love them! Great!! After that it was a complete letdown! As you can see both the ‘brisket’ and ‘pulled pork’ look almost grey. No bbq sauce at all and I had to ask for sauce to put on them, no bottles on the table or with the dish. The ‘pulled pork’ was lukewarm and the ‘brisket’ was already cold when I was eating it. Oh, and that cornbread was like a brick. Cold and dry, no butter with the plate either… didn’t bother asking. Once the food came, the server didn’t really come by. For $31, I would have expected a significantly better meal experience than this. Would definitely not order that again! I would caution anyone ordering the brisket and pulled pork to perhaps choose something else. The portion size was also somewhat disappointing, like how much do fries really cost that you couldn’t bulk up the plate a...

Not entirely impressed with the Airport Montanas right now. Ordered a hefty dinner for take out.. including a wings and ribs combo. Got all the way home 12 km away to find that they forgot to give us the ribs. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Called back and was told to wait for the manager to speak to me. That was 13 minutes ago and still waiting. Called the restaurant again from another line but no answer. So I guess we are out of luck and out $30. Not impressed. Like, really not impressed at all.

So as I wait here, 35 minutes on hold later, I thought I’d update my review. I also called the call centre from my other phone and am still on hold there too.

I guess I’m not getting ribs tonight. Frustration Reigns.

Last time, at the Steeles location, we got burnt buttermilk chicken. Now an incomplete order and kept in hold for 35+ minutes (and counting). Great job losing customers Montanas. Just saying.

UPDATE: I called the Montana’s Call Centre where they noted that almost two hours after I picked up my order, it was showing in the system as still being processed.

After 1 hour 20 minutes of being on hold with the actual restaurant, someone finally picked up and hung up on me. I called back and let them know I was on hold for that long. They were very apologetic and offered to refund my an entire order (will be done on Monday). Hopefully it happens.

Anyhow, we ate the items that were in the order and they were well cooked and delicious. No ribs, the main part of the meal, but I’ll get that from Memphis BBQ in Woodbridge next time instead. Not really feeling...
