This was my second visit to this location, and was absolutely the worst experience ive ever had.
Also i would like to mention that i know all the standards, and procedures of this company as i was an ex team member worked in many different positions in different branches of the company.
Tonight my server was Noah, very nice kid, looks attentive, and he was, at the beginning, but he left us alone through the night, although i mentioned that it was gonna be a special night.
Table maintenance was absolutely zero minus zero. When we finish our meals there was still empty plate of our first appetizer, lots of menus, and empties of my first drinks (and last, cos we never asked to get another one). I also had 2 kids under the age of 2, so i expected my server to be more empathetic..
There was one male Manager in house (that i see) who dropped by our table to checked on us at the beginning, then i never see him again.
We Ordered truffle mozarella : got served late and almost “cold”.
Sophia pizza : was Great! (Only good thing for the night)
Classic meatball : it was not the same taste when we visited here first time, and almost cold.
Italian burger : took more than 15 mins. thick hard ground beef served with white round bread? (Was it gluten free bun?) what happened to foccacia bun, and breaded fried mozzarella? It was absolutely horrible, or Horroawful like Shaq says..
I ordered social lemon shrimp pasta for my parents, which was undercooked but shrimps were done properly, capers were playing 1-1 on our social plate, and lemon aroma in the sauce was weak! 3 out of 10..
I Had a Negroni, hardly felt the alcohol, it was watery and no aroma in it..
When we ask our bill, it took more than 10-15 mins. Then I went inside to see if i can catch any MOD, But there was no luck.. i went back to my table took my bill to pay at the entrance then the lady manager came in. I told her that the quality and service was definitely not there. She listened to me, but when i tell her that i couldnt see any MOD aroudn then she got offended and couldnt RESULT any of my problems in here.. In the end we left with no sincere apology.
Alex, buddy.. (to the RD of this beautiful restaurant chain) in 2017 we made SQ1 Scaddabush the best restaurant among SIR corp.. When i compare it now, and before, its sad… I dont think im gonna be visiting again.....
Read moreChris was our gastronomic tour guide for our first visit to this chain. His knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation shows he genuinely cares about guest experience and satisfaction. They make fresh pasta, dough, and mozzarella in-house daily.
I chose the chicken Parm because it's one of my favorite meals and many "Italian" eateries have this on their menu, making it a good one to compare. This was by far my favorite pasta dish. Ever. The mafalde noodles were absolutely PERFECT—great texture, nice chew, paired nicely with a creamy Alfredo sauce, and a generous portion of hot, juicy, crispy chicken covered in marinara with a blanket of hot, gooey mozzarella smothering the deep-fried chicken, then garnished with fresh basil. Every bite was perfect.
My wife ordered their burger with rosemary fries. I've always believed that if you offer a single item on your menu, it had better be good. Let me tell you, this burger was awesome. The patty was thick, juicy, and hot. The bun was soft and buttery. I've never had bruschetta mix in a burger before. It’s not something I would usually choose, fearing it might make everything soggy, but this was not the case. The attention to detail made this combination work perfectly. The addition of fresh basil was excellent. There was a small issue with the fries, but once brought to Chris' attention, it was quickly rectified.
To finish it off, we took a tiramisu gelato to go, which we enjoyed later in the evening. Our experience here ensures that we will definitely return, and I have no hesitation in recommending Scaddabush and their amazing...

Our recent visit to Scaddabush was an all-around amazing experience for our whole family! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home.
We were looked after by Alaney, who was absolutely wonderful. Her sense of humor and playful energy had our kids laughing the entire time—she truly made the night extra fun for them (and us)!
We also had the pleasure of meeting Angelika, the Mozza maker, and wow—what a gem she is! She was incredibly friendly and so patient with our kids, even answering all their ridiculous little questions with a big smile on her face. Her warm personality and excellent service did not go unnoticed by my wife and me. Not to mention, she’s a fantastic cook. Angelika, you deserve a raise!
Now let’s talk food. We ordered the Tuscan Ribeye, medium rare, and let me just say—hats off to the grill master! It was cooked to absolute perfection—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Easily one of the best steaks we’ve had.
As for the Carbonara pasta, there was a bit of a miss with one dish—my wife found it overly oily and a little too soggy for her liking. But when we tried the chicken and shrimp pasta, it totally redeemed itself. That dish was perfectly cooked, well-balanced, and incredibly flavorful. No complaints there at all!
And to finish off the night, we indulged in some beautifully made desserts—presentation and taste were both top-notch.
All in all, this was a memorable evening full of laughter, great service, and some seriously good food. We’ll definitely be back—and next time, we’re bringing...
