The Tiramisu Guy — Restaurant in Toronto

I contacted Giorgio through Instagram and arranged a pick up within his schedule, he was very accommodating. He also offers delivery through the Cookin app.

He promptly came downstairs and handed to me 1 gluten free Classico, 1 Classico, 1 pistacho and 1 rocher as per my order for a birthday, 4 tiramisu in total to split between 8 people.

I initially thought splitting might not be enough, but after a copious birthday meal it was actually more than, we had a small portion left over from each tiramisu. That’s because it was filling without being too heavy.

Not only was it delicious and held perfectly during an 80’ drive in the summer but everyone loved it. Even someone who said they don’t like tiramisu adored it. Another who tried both the Classico and the gluten free Classico said they tasted almost the same.

My personal favourite was the pistachio tiramisu because it was sweet but not overwhelmingly. Creamy and soft but with cake-like consistency. Everyone agreed and they took a business card home. We will definitely, definitely recommend Giorgio to our friends and will be repeating soon.

I came across The Tiramisu Guy instagram account and was intrigued by the beautiful and delicious looking photos. When I reached out directly to inquire about their tiramisu pick up and delivery I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received a response.

Giorgio almost immediately responded answering my questions thoroughly to ensure I received my tiramisu in a timely and convenient manner.

I ordered the pumpkin spice tiramisu and it was absolutely gorgeous! It was securely packaged in a lovely box with a window to see the cake and appointed with beautiful ribbon and a gold tray underneath. The flavours were delicious, light and airy made with fresh and flavourful ingredients.

I also ordered a smaller classico tiramisu that came in a perfect sized individual container, beautifully wrapped with a ribbon.

Pick up was easy and convenient for me, Giorgio kindly delivered the tiramisu directly to my car.

Giorgio was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. I highly recommend The Tiramisu Guy and I will definitely order again...

Let's start off by saying Tiramisu is not my go to dessert. Simply because I'm always so disappointed. It never wows me. A good tiramisu requires quality ingredients and love. Most places cut corners...cut the filling to use less marscapone and still charge an arm and a leg.... But not this guy! The Tiramisu guy knows what he is doing and is doing it well! He is responsive and so very helpful. Despite asking a million annoying questions...he remained patient and professional. I ordered the classic, pistachio, rafaello and hazelnut. All were AMAZING. I can't even choose which one I like the best. But now we have a problem...I want to try the other flavors.. get more of the flavors I tried all while living in Woodbridge. Questions are...am I willing to battle the construction traffic on the Gardner to pick them up? Will I buy more than 4 flavors at once? Should I have a tiramisu party and buy all the flavors? I think all questions deserve a big fat YES!!
