Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

AVOID. ZERO STARS, if possible! These guys didn't even give me my order. They messed up my order, so I got less than what I actually ordered online. Not only that, if you order online, there are certain topings you pay extra for. I paid for extra toppings, and they put a few pieces and called it the "regular" amount... no. It wasn't. The regular toppings were way more than the extra. Waste of money. And when confronted, I was not given a refund, I was not given a partial refund, and they said if I wanted my actual order sent to me, I had to pay EXTRA for THEIR mistake.... sadly, I left a tip which they DO NOT DESERVE. I will never order from pizza pizza again. These guys are SCAMMERS. This happened to a neighbor of mine once before, too. I should've stayed away. So I paid a LOT for pretty much nothing.......

Unfortunately, the quality and service has completely dropped since last time. All the food was burnt, I had to remind the staff on the items I ordered, despite my order still displayed on the register and paying already. It looks like there is new staff and management. We gave it a second chance, because we live very close to this restaurant. Three weeks ago my wife said the service was terrible and they tried to out her pizza in a plastic bag next to the can of coke (without the paper cover over the slice). Despite the close proximity, we will not be going to this Pizza Pizza again. I don't know what happened to this place, it used to...

The stuffed crust is a lie. This place put zero cheese in the stuffed crust and still charged an extra $6. I know this is not correct as other locations put a proper amount of cheese in. This place is a scam.

Edit: In case anyone wonders how they try to make it up to you as they mention in the reply - they will not refund the wrongly made order, they will only give you $10 off your next order and they make you call the manager to get it. Not good enough pizza pizza.

I've also noticed they are having bots post reviews. Notice how these 5 star reviews are from people with restricted profiles and only 1-2 reviews....
