We went with a group of 7 people and had a horrible experience. We made a reservation for 7 but 4 people arrived a few minutes before the other three and we were told that we could not occupy a table of 8 (even though there were tables available and empty together) because our other people had not arrived. Are they assuming we are liars? Less than 10 minutes later the rest of our party arrived but other strangers were sat in their seats just before them. Our other three guest were then forced to stand in the cold doorway for 12 minutes before they were sat in a table across the restaurant from us. We were told we had to order even though our friends and family were forced to sit away form us or we'd be kicked out of the restaurant. After eating separately and finally getting to move together (after 15 minutes of waitresses discussing whether we were allowed to) we discovered that one of our other party members were served raw chicken. It took them 23 minutes to get him new chicken, but they forgot the sauce and we were ignored for another 5 minutes before we could ask for the sauce he originally ordered. All of us agreed that we have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant in our lives. I am not one to complain but I think this had to be shared.

Watch out for their "all you can eat" option. They do not allow you to order all of the wing options you want at once. You need to first go through the first round. In this round, they force you to eat a lot of fries with your first pound of wings. It literally takes about 10-15 minutes to get your wings during each order even though the place was not even crowded. It could very well be because they want you to eat less. So, you end up getting MUCH, MUCH LESS for what you intended to get out of your "all you can eat". Keeping this in mind, make your decision carefully as the "all you can eat" option may not be worth the +20 bucks (you also have to order a drink with it). We had to stop at the second round since it took overall more than an hour to get our two rounds. Your body starts realizing that it's fully after 20 minutes, so we couldn't eat as much as we usually do. Wing Flavors: We had the Mississippi Honey Barbeque source and the Authentic Buffalo one, which were pretty good. We also had the Buffalo Ranch one, which was okay. But the Chili Lime, which was awful. I wouldn't recommend this flavour at all.

Ordered party tray ($80 worth of food) My order never came, ended up going home without food. Staff were unbelievably unorganized and had no idea if food was ever coming. Was unable to call store as they took phone off the hook. 1.5hrs and ended up with no food. Atleast 20+ people inside the store - during Covid19 lockdown and all shoulder to shoulder w. each other. Probably the worst service and most unsafe experience ive ever seen. I have issues with this store messing up my order in the past during pickup orders.

I’m not usually someone who complains, I don’t ever think I’ve even left a bad review to anyone as I’m just greatful for food and service. BUT. This experience was beyond the worst food experience I’ve ever had.

Walked in to seat myself. It was empty other than the drunk regulars at the bar. Waitresses were behind the bar scrolling on their phones. Waited for over 10 mins for someone to even come over and offer a drink. Nothing. Got up myself and asked to place an order for drinks and apps. After waiting for the apps, had to again get up to ask to order our meals.(meanwhile the waitress is SITTING at the bar on her phone oblivious to anyone. There was even people come in to pick up deliveries standing in front of her and she didn’t even glance up until they spoke up.) We placed food order and sat around once again for about 15+ mins and needed refills. AGAIN had to get up ourselves to ask for a drink refill as the waitress was just sitting and on her phone. Food came and I was super bummed out to see that my 3 piece tenders were so rediculously small it looked like 3 nuggets. As well as my partners burger had zero condiments on it even though we asked for ketchup, mustard and mayo. When we spoke to the waitress, she informed us that condiments would be an extra $1 charge. We both looked at her perplexed as to why we had to pay for normal burger condiments, as I’ve never been told anywhere that the condiments ON A BURGER are an extra charge. Literally, ketchup mustard and mayo. I had also asked for a different dipping sauce other than plum because I’m not a fan of plum and she said it will also be an extra charge. Which fine? I guess. But if I don’t want one sauce I should be able to ask for an alternative and not be charged for it. Also was super weird, when we asked for a to go box for our leftovers, the waitress put garbage on my partners plate that he was still eating off of. Honestly management needs to check these reviews. Someone had literally put in a bad review as we were sitting there. Like if you’re gonna suck at food and service, just make it a bar. Holding out on someone seeing this and reaching out to make it right but I’m not holding my breath. Thanks for a waste of 70 bucks. Atmosphere sucks and the waitresses are absolute garbage. I feel like a lame “Karen” for even typing this out but my god even an ounce of effort would have...

I haven’t been to St. Louis Bar and Grill in a couple of years. Today I had a craving for boneless wings, and since I was right next to one, I figured why not.

As soon as I walked in to seat myself, I was met with a table of obnoxious, drunk regulars at the bar in the middle of the day, already loud and creepy. One of them had a massive bag blocking the path to my seat, and had to say excuse me three times… already off to a great start.

The server came by quickly and gave me a minute to order. I went with the boneless wings, and they came out dry, overly salty, and honestly inedible. I told the server, and to her credit, she was nice about it and offered something else. I switched to bone-in wings, but those were just as bad overcooked and rubbery on the inside. I didn’t wanna say anything so I just opted to take them to go, and I threw them out as soon as I left the restaurant.

Not sure if they’ve changed suppliers or what, but the quality of the food has definitely gone downhill, I Should have taken the time to look at the recent reviews, And as I noticed, now, they are not very good. Everybody says the same thing about the chicken and the quality and how it’s either burnt or overly salty, So I’m not quite sure what is happening in the kitchen, but it’s not good

While the server was polite when handling the food issue, she wasn’t attentive at all. She never brought me water, even though I was drinking alcohol, and she spent most of the time behind the bar chatting with her coworker and the regulars. It’s not like the place was busy either I was literally the only person seated outside the bar.

I didn’t even want to leave a tip. She didn’t come to check the machine or offer me a receipt, just stayed chatting with the bar crew. Honestly, I should’ve left her nothing and let the regulars cover her wage.

If you are looking for wings in this area, I suggest a random pub along Bloor That isn’t a...

We (group of 3), arrived friday around 7, the place was packed. We came for the AYCE boneless chicken that came with the purchase of a drink. Just fyi, the chicken came with fries- you can request for no fries

TL;DR: Drinks were good, chicken was mostly terrible.

Drinks: Kick’n Berry Smash: Delicious! Absolutely delightful; not too sweet or strong, very nice flavour.

AYCE chicken: Suicide/Palaa sauce: I want to say painful. The spice was weak(opinion), and the Suicide came with a cm of sauce at the bottom of the bowl. This could’ve been excused, however they were both indescribably salty. The Suicide could’ve had a nice taste, but the salt was too overwhelming- we couldn’t finish the wings. It was terrible. I’ve never eaten anything that salty before in my life, and I go out to dine often enough. The roof of my mouth felt rough and dry by the end of the meal. They gave us a pitcher of water in the end as we kept on asking for more water.

Chipotle Mango Dry rub: Salty. Not as salty as the Suicide, but still very salty. The chicken had nice crunchy exterior, simply disappointing that the salt dragged it down- I would’ve enjoyed it otherwise (wasn’t too greasy, chicken wasn’t tough, etc etc).

Garlic Parm: Very interesting flavour! I enjoyed it at first, but after eating multiple pieces the saltiness kicked in: passable.

Asian honey bbq(?): Very nice, sweet, and saucy. No complaints.

Service: Full house with only 2 waitresses. Understandably, service was a little slow, but the food arrived promptly enough. Our waitress seemed nice… but was also a little sassy?

Overall disappointed, wanted very badly to enjoy this experience, but simply couldn’t. Never going back except maybe...
