This might actually be the worst Starbucks in Toronto both in terms of drinks and service. This is the fourth visit I’ve had issues with my matcha, and even after a remake it was awful and there was a giant clump inside (pictured). The blonde female barista, Emma was incredibly rude when I asked for a remake and I could “ask for a refund on the app” if I didn’t like it, continued to ignore me while I was standing there. On another occasion, a male barista Elie was hesitant to remake my drink even after I showed him the unblended matcha clumps and said “he won’t do it again”. Make the drink right the first time and I won’t have to ask!! It’s not a hard order. Just a simple soy milk matcha.

I always order via the mobile app when I'm on my way to work and my order is always ready within 5 mins / by the time I get there. The staff are always nice and friendly - I've had no issues. A bit disappointed that the southwest bean wrap is discontinued as this was my fave (and usually the only food item I would order). Just like when the oat fudge bar got discontinued (also my fave), I'll eventually get over it 😒 The new bacon, egg and sausage wrap is nasty af 🤢 but the everything egg and bacon bagel is decent. The egg bites are also pretty good, although a tad on the greasy side 🥚🙄 As long as my tall flat white with coconut milk doesn't get fuc$%d up, I'm a happy camper ⛺️☕️

Best Starbucks location there is! I go almost everyday just for the friend warm greeting! Everyday “Good Morning Karly!” If I can’t make it in for my morning coffee I go for my lunch one and same thing! The girl with the pink hair, and the girl almost ALWAYS rocking the beanie (I keep forgetting to get their names) are actually the best! Always make me smile, and genuinely want to know how your day is going. It’s a wonderful store to say the least with wonderful employees. This photo is just one of the ways they’ve made my day better since I started regularly going in. In these hard time it’s nice to see kind eyes, and a genuine smile behind the mask!🥰
