This might actually be the worst Starbucks in Toronto both in terms of drinks and service. This is the fourth visit I’ve had issues with my matcha, and even after a remake it was awful and there was a giant clump inside (pictured). The blonde female barista, Emma was incredibly rude when I asked for a remake and I could “ask for a refund on the app” if I didn’t like it, continued to ignore me while I was standing there. Read moreBest Starbucks location there is! I go almost everyday just for the friend warm greeting! Everyday “Good Morning Karly!” If I can’t make it in for my morning coffee I go for my lunch one and same thing! The girl with the pink hair, and the girl almost ALWAYS rocking the beanie (I keep forgetting to get their names) are actually the best! Always make me smile, and genuinely want to know how your day is going. It’s a wonderful store to say the least with wonderful employees. This photo is just one of the ways they’ve made my day better since I started regularly going in. In these hard time it’s nice to see kind eyes, and a genuine smile...
