Event: Sunday Oct 1, 2021 Order #666 8:25PM Ordered online to save thought I was saving time received text confirming it will be ready by 8:50pm Got to location early so waited in car until I got the message that it was ready 8:49PM got message it was ready Went in, no one greeted me so I called on someone and asked about my order. Person went to the computer, fiddled around and told me ‘in a couple minutes’ I found that strange since I got a message saying it was ready. Nevertheless, I waited. time goes by, other customers came and went, I started to wonder. They even started to close; staff was going home! – location closes at 9PM
Once again staff went back and forth and no one bothered to ask if I am taken care of. so decided to ask again, this time another person. Staff looked and there was my order, sitting waiting to be picked up. It was there, all the while getting cold. Worst I had kids waiting. 9:18PM Left the location!
what I can’t understand: What did the staff do the 1st time looking for my order? Why not ask customers if they were helped? More so when they were closing and I am the last man standing? Would it not occur to someone that this person has been waiting for some time? I don’t mind one-offs, but this is not the 1st time this has happened to me a this location. Unacceptable. Also to note, online the value meal for 2, says it comes with two 20oz drinks – that is not the case. They would not honor that which was stated on the website, and I expected. i.e. no drinks included. They told me the info online was incorrect....
Read moreThis location is so frustrating for me. Every time I've gotten food from here, my order always seems to be wrong. Whether an item is missing or the quality of the food is just not great, it's always a miss.
The first time I came, I had ordered a few bean burritos through the drive thru. By the time I got home, and tried them, they were not what I was used to. The beans were dry, there was no cheese and hardly any sauce or onions. I had gotten 5 burritos and all of them were like this. When I called to complain the manager just replied "This is the way we make them, we only put one scoop of onions in" They did not apologize or even offer to replace them. I had to really beg for them to even give me some replacement burritos.
When I went back less than a week later to redeem my replacement burritos, they told me that I wasn't allowed to do it through the drive thru, and I could only do it by going inside the store. I reluctantly went inside and placed my order in addition to some other items.
I got the Double Quesarito Box Deal, 3 orders of cheese fries and a 6pc Chicken Tenders Box from the KFC side. When I got home, I realized that they forgot to add cheese to one of the fries and that the KFC tenders were definitely smaller than last time. They were actually the size of my finger, and on top of that they were stale and hard. They tasted terrible.
So I'm really disappointed by the two experiences I had at this location and will definitely never come...

The tables were not clean- by the washroom near the back corner there was dirt.- Presentation for the food was sloppy/messy. -Chicken or beef chipulas was not crispy it was softs and not even labelled so I could not tell which one was beef or chicken until I went to eat them. Also got popcorn chicken and they forgot to give the sauce for it.The manager heard the feedback and acted up the feedback I provided. Maybe it was the wrong timing. However, I spent 37.00 I barley had to give this location a try. I asked them how do you view your store and would you eat this if it was presented to you in a sloppy way. Manager explained to me they had a rush so the food didn't look appealing. ok Granted. Manager said if I saw the food was not looking great I should of took it back. But why not get it right the first time? Then you would not have to waste product. Presentation of food should look like you want to eat it. Also check you order before handing them out. Looks appealing to the eye. The only thing that looked proper were french fries from KFC. Customer service was great they heard what I had to say...
