Ordered 2 shakes around 9pm.The lady asked me to wait 15 to 20minutes(for 2 shakes 20minute🙄)that’s fine I can understand they might be busy but even after 45 minutes I haven’t got my order.There were 2 girls at the front both of them forgot about the order they have taken.That’s fine too.Again after 10 minutes,sorry not ready.What a garbage place.Asked for refund then the front of house girl was yelling to the kitchen staff “angeru choodakunnu”.Is it your customer service ? I ordered food from this restaurant because i was sick so i ordered daal makhni. Instead of sending me the item i ordered they sent me a completely different item with a sorry note. This item is too much salty and too spicy for me and i can not eat that. Complete waste of money. If you do not have any item available then please change it to sold out on the app. I want to give -5 rating ⭐️ but unfortunately it is not available on google hopefully they will add this feature soon.
