The food and drink are exactly as expected from a chain coffee shop. This particular location has some special challenges that are unique to its actual geographic location. The store itself is newly remodeled and you can tell the ownership and staff are working hard to keep it that way, but as with pretty much every other structure in this area it doesn't take long before the 'elements' are evident. The whole neighbourhood has a poverty, addiction, violence, and general vagrancy problem. And being located literally attached to a beerstore, in a neighbourhood with a very high concentration of government housing, drug treatment locations and what not, there is a general feeling of being unsafe in and around the store. My first visit to this location was weeks ago when I moved to the area. It was 8 am, there was a line up out the door. One very obvious older male who appeared to be in some sort of crisis... the staff and other guests seemed to be familiar with him, because they handed him a beverage and he seemed to know that meant it was time to go.. he proceeded out to the front of the store and continued his anti government ranting outside. Despite their being a clear line up, people just jumped in the line where ever they wanted to and the environment did not seem safe enough to speak up about it. It took me 35 minutes to get my black coffee, which ended up being paid for by the man in front of me... after which he proceeded to suggest I get in his car with him. Despite all that, the coffee was as expected, service was exceedingly slow, but as far as any other business in this very challenging neighbourhood, there were no points at which I was shocked or surprised. If you took this exact building, with its Current owner and current staff, and drop it in the middle of forest hill, it's a 5 star. The only cause for the less than stellar reviews is based on the neighborhood elements, nothing the establishment can do...

I've been going to this location my whole life and it's just gone down hill. The customer service is appalling. The service is incredibly slow. You could be the only one in line and they will still make you wait 5 minutes before taking your order. I placed 2 mobile orders yesterday, one for a coffee and one for a donut, only reason being I had already ordered the coffee before deciding that I also wanted a donut They gave me the donut but refused to give me the coffee, then when I told them the order number they asked for a receipt to prove I ordered it. I showed her the screenshot of the order and she gave me the coffee, but both orders had the same name and was paid by the same card so to give me one order but not the other is absolutely ridiculous. About a few weeks ago I was in and ordered a coffee triple triple, with 2 cream on the side as sometimes I need to add a bit more cream and the lady refused to give me cream, she said I already had it in my coffee so she can't give me extra because thats too much. The only time I have ever seen these employees do their job is once and that was only because the owner was there that day. Management needs to do something and...

Yesterday morning I went there, only one cashier was taking orders, the current order was for $50+ and no other cashier were there, when asked a lady came to take order Matty, I had offer for farmers wrap 2 for $7 and while placing order the offer was not getting applied, and cashier don't know what to do... When asked why is this not applying or fix it for me , Matty told I'm rude. Later one of friend who works in other Tims told me that this is because my points redemption was enabled. My question to the management is if your employees don't know how to fix there job related problems they shouldn't be having and audacity of call customer rude. Even after telling her I need wrap with habanero sauce and scrambled egg they still have me regular egg in the wrap. Mostly on every weekend I go there... Line will be from one cashier to the entrance but still there will be only one person taking order. For one coffee I have waited for 15-20 min on weekends. This is a pathetic store I have ever seen. Got late to my work yesterday just a cashier didn't do her...
