It has been years since I ordered from this store. This was the closest to my school when I was still a student and never encountered a problem. Today, it changed. I saw that their location is one of the participating restaurants for the coupons I received in the mail today. The subway app is finicky but I was able to order from this location with the coupon code. When I looked at my receipt, they charged me regular. The coupon discount was no longer there. I made sure 100% that when I placed the order, the coupon was accepted and saw the final price of 16.99. When I received the email confirmation email, it charged me around $30. I tried ordering again to see what went wrong and the restaurant is no longer listed as a participating location. Strange! Did they remove the coupon code and their restaurant after I placed my order? They would show their restaurant as a participating location to lure customers but remove it as soon as the customer places the order. This could be an app glitch but I doubt it. Second, it shows on the app the grilller is not available so I thought their grill is broken. When I came in to pick up the order, I asked the male staff if he could grill my sandwiches and he said no. It's already wrapped. I understand, but he could have easily unwrap it and grill the whole thing and wrap it again. Please update the app and say that your restaurant accepts grill. What frustrates me the most was when I placed the order, I called right away to cancel it as I needed to modify the order as the app was being stubborn. He said, I already started making it which I didn't believe at all because I called immediately. He said he could change it for the same price, but I said no since what I ordered is more expensive that what I initially wanted to order. I had no choice but to drive and pick it up anyways. I went inside and placed the order on her behalf and asked him that she was placing the same order - he literally ignored; avoided eye contact; said ok here’s your receipt. I ordered a sub here today at 12:00 pm today, the person working here do not even know how to wrap a sub. All my sauce was only to the papers when questioned he said you have over loaded your sub but i hardly chose 4 kinds of toppings in all the 15 toppings that they have. This guy is pathetic and rude.
