The worst Wendy's...messed up 3 of my last 4 mobile orders...either salad dressings or dipping sauce. Am I just this unlucky? Or this place just consistently has this level of service. Today was the 3rd time. Because of my previous orders where I found out there're missing items AFTER I drove home, I made sure to check in the car today and lo and behold, the salad dressing, croutons were missing in the bag. Only one lone salad, a knife and a fork with a couple of napkins were inside. I did go back and got the proper items back but this was just so disappointing!
And there's an issue with the "supposed" credit items on my account because of the mishap last time. Lesson learned: don't bother with whoever told you on the phone to claim the credit next time at this Wendy's. As I didn't get the name of the staff(or manager) I talked to last time, no help was offered today. No one including the manager was there to try to help, other than asking me to check my account. I figure if they can easily mess up with bagging my order, they can just as easy mess up with the "credit" they offer over the phone. Honestly, no loss there for me other than the extra few minutes spent explaining my situation. But just a disgusting experience.
Totally understand it can be busy and people do make mistakes. But then I never have any issues with the one at Kennedy and Ellesmere.

Read moreWe are Wendy lovers and will normally stop by if we pass a location. Decided to drive through. Associate that was speaking through the intercom could have been friendlier. Seemed unable to hear the order correctly and afterwards was rushing us. No thank you, just "drive". The associate at the window was better though and thanked us for coming. I feel like at times people forget that it's all about the customer experience. So Important to keep the customers you do have and retain new ones. Money is tight, however, people will spend and shop based on their great experience. Food was alright, ordered 3 large fries with our order and all 3 were not filled like a large. Should have paid for the medium which is what it looked like we got. Adding fries to the top shows customer value in what thier purchasing. Small thing but people remember when completing future...
Read moreThis is one of the more cozy Wendy's I've seen. It's joined with Tim Hortons and so getting a combination of hot chicken noodle soup and burger is a total possibility. I like the seating they have from booths to comfy seats next to a fireplace. The Wendy's staff are friendly but they seem to be a stickler for the exact word of the item you want to order. I've asked for milk shakes only to be told they don't have any but wasn't offered an alternate suggestion such as their frosty ( not completely sure if that's the name). My husband was told they don't have kids meal even though they do. And I can only speculate that possibly a language issue or they didn't see my husband with any kids.
