Customer service is POOR! Staff here (including owner) is very disrespectful. I was in the line first, a customer comes up behind me and the owner served that customer before me. When he finally came to me, asked how he could help me followed by “You always take a year to look at the menu.” I could not believe my ears. I told him I would leave a review and take my business elsewhere and he said “ok”. On a different day I was served by his employee and when I had to pay, I mentioned that the price was high. She asked me “Do you buy groceries or eat out?” I told her I do both. Then she replied “Ok, so you should know there’s an inflation.” I told her that I didn’t need her to tell me about inflations. For years I’ve been coming here and the lack of professionalism from the staff here is unacceptable. The only decent person is the cook at the back. I won’t EVER support this...

After waiting an hour and a half I called customer service who told me that the order was on the way and was delayed because of pos issues. I told them I still wanted my pizza and they said it would be here momentarily. An hour and a half later the pizza still was not delivered so I called again. This time they told me they were having delivery issues and would not be able to deliver my food. So after 3hrs of waiting I had to contact them to find out they weren't even attempting to process my order. The second customer service rep I spoke to was rude and gave me attitude it was extremely unprofessional. My mother, a dedicated healthcare worker at Princess Margaret, went to Wing Machine today to get a burger and fries. The wait time was excessively long. As she finally approached the cashier to pay, the Asian lady cashier spat into a cup in front of her while the machine was processing my mother’s card. This egregious act of poor hygiene is beyond unacceptable. It raises serious concerns about what might be happening in the kitchen where food is prepared. Such unsanitary behaviour not only reflects a lack of professionalism but also poses significant health risks.
