THE DIME is a local PUB on Robson St. Downtown Vancouver, which is the busiest street in downtown Vancouver. It is one of the restaurants in The Warehouse Group. It called the Factory a few years ago. It has been changed the name to The Dime in 2~3 years. It serves very cheap and delicious food. My boyfriend and I had a quick lunch when we were in Vancouver two weeks ago. We arrived the DIME around 11:00 am when it just opened. We quickly got a table and began ordering the food. Both of us ordered Burger dish. It was very cheap at only $ 5.95. We only waited for few minutes, our burgers came out off the kitchen. The Burger was very tasty. The meat platter was very fresh and well cooked. All the burgers came with a side dish. I had house green salad and my boyfriend ordered Yam fries. The house green salad was my favourite, very fresh and delicious. In summary, We had a great experience eating at The Dime. Definitely, we should come back to this...
Read moreCame in one night with a group of five. Ordered some drinks, they were good. music was super loud for a sit and eat place but thats just preference i suppose. However, i ordered the pork tacos for myself and my friends got other food. Their food came, they ate it, and i still hadn’t received my food (25min later). It was hard to tell who where employees there but i flagged down a girl who said they don’t even sell them tonight. She left, caught the guy who was serving our table, and told him to just take one of my drinks off my tab. And he comes back and asks if i want a shot…bills were all wrong as well. Idk if he even took it off or not, just wanted to leave asap. If its a weekend, don’t bother...
Read moreWhat I originally thought would be a pedantry and semantic night turned into an electric evening thank you to a top notch service from Nigel and Emily our mountain hosts for the evening. From the delectable food which was served on plates to the drinks which were served in empty cylindrical objects, Tara Vickers and myself thoroughly enjoyed our time both inside and out of this quaint establishment. To all who seek fun, enjoyment, pleasure, and redundancy I would recommend a fine evening with the finest available folks in town Nigel the bartender and Emily the server. May your night smile upon you as mine did while in this establishment which was so much more than an establishment....
