Following the incident I had at the shop, the club director, Scott, promptly reached out to me. I am pleased to share that he took my concerns about the staff’s attitude towards me and customer data privacy protection seriously. I appreciate how quickly they addressed the issues after listening to customer feedback!
Original post: In all honesty, this particular staff at this store has been consistently rude during my visits. Each time, she displayed a hostile attitude, making me repeat everything I say multiple times and demanding that I speak louder, all in an unfriendly manner. Her behavior was accompanied by smirks, which made the experience even more unpleasant, especially when the shop was busy with many people around.
I couldn't help but notice that this behavior was exclusive to this particular staff member. None of the other employees at the shop, both here and elsewhere, had any issues with my communication. It's disheartening to realize that I've been singled out for such treatment on more than one occasion, being asked to speak loudly and repeatedly about personal information in front of other customers.
As a loyal customer, I sincerely hope the manager takes appropriate action to protect the privacy of all customers and create a more welcoming environment. Despite this concerning issue, I must admit that the smoothies offered at this shop are indeed great. However, today i saw unfortunate accidents, a guy i found out after his name Xavier , he was so rude and aggressive towards the girls who is making smoothies and he keep arguing with them and holding the line up. I had to leave and i came back after , then i order my smoothie , I asked the girls if Xavier works in body energy club company and they said yes. Please Scott, and all the Mangers in other locations, reminded this guy Xavier to treat his or her co-workers with respect and integrity. Body energy club, its all about bring up a good energy no time and space for people with negative energy. Edit/Update After the first mishap management reached out and made it clear they would speak to the team however, after going back to give it a second chance I am met by the same young girl with longer black hair only to be given attitude and out of spite made me wait for my food until every customer that was behind me was served.
