Maria is an exceptional team member at Field and Socials, consistently elevating the customer experience with her remarkable skills and warm personality. Her attention to detail shines through in every salad she prepares, ensuring each one is fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. Maria’s keen eye for quality and presentation guarantees that every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.

What truly sets Maria apart is her observant nature. She has an incredible ability to anticipate customers’ needs, often going above and beyond to make personalized recommendations or adjustments. Her eye to detail is equally evident—she never hesitates to add an extra touch of care, whether it’s ensuring portions are just right or simply sharing a kind word with every guest.

Maria’s dedication to excellence and her genuine connection with customers make her a standout at Field and Socials. Her work not only enhances the food but also creates an inviting and memorable experience for everyone who walks...

Field and Social has become my new go-to for a healthy meal. I literally woke up today craving the chicken tostada salad. Which I am now eating as I write this review. So so tasty. The place is always clean, the staff always friendly. It’s a little slow, but that is because they make each salad fresh to order and because the people making the salad are people, who deserve to make the salads in a relatively tranquil manner- it’s really nice that it’s not “fast food.” And they are pretty efficient, don’t get me wrong. Just know that, if you’re in a hurry, you might want to order ahead online. There are vegan and vegetarian options, and every salad is super customisable. The ingredients seem always to be super fresh- I don’t think I’ve seen a single ingredient that looked old or wilted. The only drawback is they don’t have coffee; I’m sure if they did, they’d make a great latte. I am looking forward to their soups...

uper yummy! We virtually swung by for a quick lunch bite via UberEats and loved it! All the food was well presented in compostable or resuable packing and utensils. The Crunchy Kimchi and Miso Tofu was highly anticipated, my usual go to is the Thai Peanut Salad (Vegan) and both are flawless.. superb, very fresh and vibrant flavors with a great well rounded portion of wholesome ingredients. The Kinchi was also pretty up to scratch and a nice touch. The Miso Tofu was dope and cooked and seasonsed to perfection for an awesome texture and exciting flavor. I've had Field and Social a few times now, the salads are always consistently rad in tasting and presentation, I know I can trust and rely on them when I know what I'm craving. I can't wait to go again and try some other of their exciting and quirky vegan options! This place is a solid go-to, albeit more on the expensive side for salads usually. Support local...

A few steps away from the Yaletown-Roundhouse Canada Line, Field & Social is hands-down one of the best salad spots I’ve ever been to! From the moment I walked in last friday, the service was absolutely top notch — warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. The staff truly go above and beyond, and our server gave us a fantastic recommendation that turned out to be spot-on. The food? Fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor. My salad was not only delicious but surprisingly filling, proving that healthy food can be both satisfying and exciting. Every ingredient tasted fresh and was everything thoughtfully prepared. Whether you're looking for a quick lunch or a healthy bite that doesn't compromise on taste, Field & Social is a must-visit. Can’t wait to come back!
