I had an amazing experience at Heaven Bar and Grill! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made sure I felt welcome throughout my visit. The service was impeccable — fast, efficient, and with a warm smile.

The food was absolutely delicious! The menu had a great variety, and everything was cooked to perfection. The flavors were fresh and well-balanced, and each dish was presented beautifully. I highly recommend trying their signature burgers and the grilled seafood, both of which were outstanding.

The drinks were also top-notch. The cocktail selection was creative, and my drink was expertly mixed. The bar staff knows their craft and made sure I had the perfect drink to pair with my meal.

Lousy place, I recently went with a friend, we ordered draft beer and it was really bad, it seemed to be watered down with water and had particles like garbage floating in the glass something disgusting, we asked to change it and the waiter at that moment very kindly changed it for a Corona beer which instantly felt the difference. We ordered three orders of wings and they weren't too bad, we continued ordering beers while my friend and I continued chatting quietly when an ugly, dark, obese and racist waitress told us that she brought us the bill without us asking for it, we asked her if she was running us off and she only answered: the place is too crowded. The waitress is Latino and so are we. We felt discriminated by another Latino, very bad. We honestly did not want to leave a tip because of the bad experience but she charged it to the bill without our permission.... Not only do they treat you badly but they also...

Not that heavenly. Walked by this place while looking for somewhere that had space on a Friday night on Granville. I soon found out that there was a reason The Heaven wasn't busy.

We took a seat and waited 15 minutes for a server to come by. No such luck. After multiple attempts of us trying to get a servers attention and even waiting at the bar to at least get a drink, we gave up. The staff were more interested in chatting with each other and their friends perched at the bar than to help or acknowledge anyone else. Ended up going to Roxy Burger instead.

On the plus side, this place has lots of well placed TVs and the decor is pretty cool. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food.

I'm hoping we just went there at a bad time and this isnt actually how this establishment is run all of the time. I'm willing to give it a second shot and edit my review...
