It's the most racist restaurant I have ever been to. I strongly advise people who are not of European ethnicity not to visit here. Let me explain why. On Friday, November 1st, at around 20:30, my friends and I went there. The restaurant was full of people of possibly European ethnicity, except for us, who are East Asian. I didn't think much of it initially, as many people with possibly European origins I've met before were pretty friendly. After finishing our main dishes and having one glass of beer each, one of my friends felt tired. We had experienced heavy rain before arriving, so he closed his eyes to rest while the rest of us continued chatting. Immediately, the restaurant manager, a man about 5'7" tall with long, possibly blonde hair and pale skin, approached us. It seemed we had already been a source of irritation for him when we entered the restaurant. He instructed us to wake our friend up, saying his restaurant doesn't allow people to sleep. I was a bit angry but restrained myself and jokingly said he could wake my friend up. The manager retorted, asking why he should wake him up, and said if we didn't wake him, we'd all have to leave together. One of my friends, not wanting to argue, woke our tired friend. The story doesn't end there. Later, when we wanted to pay our bill, we called a waiter. The waiter misunderstood our intention, thinking we wanted to order more food. He told us that his manager wouldn't allow us to order any more food. That's when I realized the rude man was their manager, as he wore a shirt unlike the uniformed staff. In summary, if you are of a different race and don't want to be insulted in a restaurant, especially when you're with friends (as it ruins everyone's mood), DO NOT come here.

Why do you cut the pizza like that?!Seriously, the clam pizza was decent, the spicy boi was on point, and that white birch soda was a refreshing surprise (minty cream soda). But seriously, why mess with perfectly good pizza by cutting it all wonky? I mean, if the pizza was shaped like an oval, I'd get it, but it wasn't! Some slices were tiny, others were huge, it's like a geometry nightmare. If I brought my kids here, they'd probably end up duking it out over who got the biggest slice, and trust me, that's a recipe for chaos. And the anxiety, oh boy! Anyone else out there dealing with OCD? This pizza cutting debacle is going to haunt me for ages. I know most folks would want me to explain why I dropped $100 on two pies and a couple of sodas, but hey, the way they cut that pizza is a crime against pizza humanity! If The Hague opened up a new category, you’d be black bagged and shipped to court pronto. Seriously, unless you're planning on making pizza larger and more oval, there's no excuse for this! #symetryisnotacrime #symetricalshapesforlife #whydidyoucutitlikethat?

Quite possibly my favourite pizza place right now - a crunch that would get Dave Portnoy excited. I ordered takeout and was pleasantly surprised excellence and attention to detail that they put into this pie. The dough has a cracker crunch (especially on the outer crust) while maintaining a moisture on the top crust - no flop. The ingredient quality was fantastic - tomatoes were sweet but tart, not tiney tasting; the cheese was melted (a touch greasy maybe) but a perfect complement. I ordered it earlier around lunch time, brought a couple of slices home for my wife to try around dinner and it was STILL CRUNCHY 🤯👀👀 While a pizza is going to set you back at least $30 before tip (maybe a bit on the pricey-side), the quality of their pie, in my opinion, is definitely worth it. If you’re in the area, I 100% suggest preordering and stopping by to pick one up. The only qualm I’ve got is their street parking situation is a little brutal and when you do find it - you’ll like have to pay. Open another location is Surrey! 🙏🏽🙏🏽 We need good pizza out here!
