Ordered a pizza early in the morning for a pick up for the late afternoon today on 07/29/21 using the ubereats app. Got off early from work so I called panago hoping they could make my pick up item earlier than my order stated and they said they couldn’t do anything about it as I used a third party app to order it. I was in the area so I stopped in and told the worker about my situation and he spoke to his manager and he was super cool about it and they made my pie right then. Said normally he couldn’t do that as the ubereats order hasn’t registered into their system yet, it usually gets to them 15 minutes prior to my ordered pick up time. Amazing customer service, great quality tasting pizza made by the worker that day, restaurant was super clean, this location takes pride in their appearance and values their customers satisfaction. Thank you guys for accommodating me when you didn’t have to. Will definitely be coming back here. 5 stars across the board.

Panago usually use quality ingredients and they cater to relatively milder taste. For 5 years I enjoy their pizzas. But this experience was so horrible I suspect this joint has been taken over by psychopaths- the amount of spice they threw in our pizzas - both Mediterranean and Hawaiian was absolutely nonsensical. The crust was hard and there was nothing to redeem the junk they served. None of us could finish despite our hunger after a day of hiking.

I’ve grabbed a couple of pizzas for takeout from here - there’s an in-person special you can order for $12 that includes a personal sized pizza (up to 6 toppings) and drink. Space is clean and well maintained. Pizza is fast and decent for the price. The guy who works there is so nice and patient with my overly excited kid. Thanks Hari! 🍕 Parking is available right out front so it’s an easy stop!
