I have been a client from day 1 and intentionally waited for a review, confirming that the quality of food and service did not faded away after the initial hype!

I have to say that this cafe is so far, one of my favourite in the area! This review is mainly about the food and services, the location speaks alone as it is well designed with great touches!

The quality of the baked items and not only is, for me, one of the best considering the mediocre-poor quality of the competition!

My fav to go with is the hazelnut double baked almond croissant! Always fresh baked, great on many levels! The toppings(almond-sugary-paste and actual almonds) are great and the filling is dark hazelnut spread which pairs perfectly overall!

However, today I tried something new, and I have to say, for someone like me that loves a generous chocolaty filling, this shift completely my prospective of things!(I am being slightly sarcastic) I am literally in love with this new pastry, as the filling is gianduia, a rich chocolate spread made with a blend of cocoa and finely ground hazelnuts, originating from Italy's Piedmont region!

I am a pastry enthusiast especially for breakfast and definitely I will suggest to stop by Perfecto cafe to try on the big selection of great pastry they offer and the friendly environment! I cannot stop thinking about the fantastic service offered and also the nice environment at the cafe; the plus plus comes with one of the lady working there, definitely a supervisor, which delivery every time a fantastic and genuine customer service based on real connections, adding to the experience, an extra touch! I always enjoy spending time here.

P.s. a great strong unsweetened espresso is my to go when paired with the gianduia pastry or...

Severely Disappointed – Food Caused Illness, Owner Displayed Alarming Disrespect

I am compelled to share my experience with Perfecto Cafe after suffering a stomach infection directly following a BREAKFAST SANDWICH I ordered from this establishment. The food was ordered via Uber Eats at 7:53 AM, and it was the only meal I consumed that morning. Shortly after, I began experiencing severe gastrointestinal symptoms that required medical attention.

I have proof of the order time and correspondence with Uber Eats customer support, which documents my complaint and the health issue that followed.

Seeking a responsible resolution, I was contacted by the owner. Instead of expressing concern or professionalism, he laughed at my condition and casually dismissed my report, claiming he’s “never received a complaint” about the food before. This response was not only shockingly inappropriate—it was deeply disrespectful and completely unprofessional.

Food safety is not a matter of opinion or reputation—it is a serious responsibility. To respond to a valid health concern with arrogance and mockery shows a gross lack of accountability and concern for customer welfare.
