This place has been OG for years on Robson Street. I had a serious hunger strike during a long weekend traffic downtown. I decided to take a picnic along the seawalk. I make my way out of traffic and park. My friend and I found this place near the corner of Robson and Denman. It doesn't look like anything fancy on the outside, but what drew my attention was their huge menu advertised on the outside. Hmm, spicey beef thai fried rice sounds good. Also the marinated pork on vermicelli with fried spring roll and pickled salad. Prices are reasonable and we got take out to have our picnic along the seawalk.

So how did the food taste? Actually it's not bad, wow, really tasty! The fried rice was done nicely. I will ask for extra spicey next time. The marinated grilled pork patty reminded me of the bau chau pork patty on hastings. Very delicious. I asked to use their washroom and as I was walking pass their kitchen I couldn't help but take a peak. It's very clean! Pots are mint and the gas elements are clean. Kitchen tables and garbage bins are clean. Man I was really impressed. Service is straight forward and efficient. Not too shabby. I will definitely come back for take out. I also noticed that they have a mini patio outside. It's perfect outside for dog owners! The owners didn't mind and next to us while we were waiting for take out was a couple with another dog!

Btw we got...

I chose a Seafood Red Curry in Peanut Sauce. Pha Larm" Cà-Ri Màu Đỏ Với Sốt Đậu Phộng which was super yummy and absolutely bursting with exciting flavours! I actually am lost for words on how to describe this delicious recipe and how good the peanut sauce actually was! The portion was a great value for money and included crab, squid, octopus and prawns with cod. Make sure you ask for the spicy sauce which is a great combo and also extremely delicious. Some complimentary green tea was also really good and very refreshing! The staff are extremely talented and provide some unbelievable dishes. The menu boasts a plethora of yum pan Asian cuisine to satisfy your cravings including Viatnamese, Thai and Malaysian grub whilst keeping it precise and accurate with solid core concepts of great Asian cuisine. An absolute pleasure to chow down on such a tasty dish on cozy patio furniture in the sun and catching some rays in a beautiful downtown location. My friend got a Bún bò Huế 顺化粉 which was a great portion size and had great flavour. Support...

Ordered on Ubereats, and couldn't stop ordering for three days straight 🤣 BEST PHO DOWNTOWN, SOOOOOOOO good. I will visit once the lockdown orders are dismissed!

The Pho soup was just righ 👌🏻, not too greasy, but not too watery. Noodles stayed soft til it was ready to eat, and soaked up the soup flavours instantly. The rare beef was okay (kind of ruins the soup since it sits on top of the noodles and cooks halfway in the container), I recomment the cooked beef if you are delivering 👍🏻. Tripe, Tendon, Beef ball all amazing, good portions as well.

Big surprise with the Thai Fried Shrimps 🍤😍 It was just DELICIOUS. I love the way they cook the shrimp, nice, crispy and juicy. It's fine dining quality, I swear, it's unbelievable 💖

Their Spring Rolls 🤯 It's perfectly fried, and I want to eat it everyday if I could 😭 Try one 🥺

Also! Coffee is reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally good here too ☕️

Overall, Five stars for everything!! A fantastic Pho Restaurant in Vancouver...
