The service is impeccable. Attentive without being overbearing, the staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and keen on ensuring that every guest feels like royalty. The sommelier’s wine recommendations were spot on, pairing beautifully with the courses.
Now to the star of the evening: the food. The menu is a celebration of artistry and innovation. Each dish is a masterpiece, crafted with the freshest ingredients and presented with breathtaking attention to detail. My Lentil soup, with its creamy , was nothing short of extraordinary. The layers of taste were complex yet perfectly balanced, a true testament to the chef’s skill. Dessert was equally divine, providing a sweet yet sophisticated finish to the meal.

Read moreEating at Tractor rarely disappoints! Ordered an Everyday Bowl, a market side of Beet & Pear, and a cup of Miso Carrot Soup. Everything was tasty, however, we were hoping the Everyday Bowl came with a bigger serving of the market side in comparison to the power greens and rice. In addition, the greens itself needed more dressing for the amount of leaves. The roasted brussel sprouts had a nice, subtle char. The beets and pears were good, but I thought there was too many "filler" ingredients with the fennel, endive, and microgreens. I'm very glad that I did end up going, here, however. The menu, while not cheap, has a wide array of delicious salad options, giving the customer the choice to essentially build their own out of the many fresh, natural ingredients on display. Theres also some tasty sandwich options if you're wanting to go a little higher carb.
The salad I got consisted of some fresh mixed greens, Kimchee, broccoli, and a freshly grilled chicken breast topped with s vinaigrette dressing. It was a lighter but still filling option, and was worth the $13.00 price tag.
Definitely recommended for those looking for a...
