Triple O's Pacific Coliseum — Restaurant in Vancouver

I come here for events sometimes, and my wife or I get the food. Last couple events, I can't say I was impressed, but I definitely was recently. I went to the recent Monster Jam, monster truck event. Multiple long line-ups a half hour before the show started, but moved pretty smoothly, and orders came out in decent time, just a few minutes. The stall appeared well-staffed. Prices are what you expect for special event concessions, high, so no surprise there, and no knock on them for that. I was impressed with the staff, all young men and women. Courteous, professional, and most of all, competent. They answered my questions regarding menu items and I made my order. One of the items I asked for was side burger patties, 6 of them, and they had them all sandwiched between multiple plates, and wrapped to prevent leakage in the bag. Asking for a tray or cutlery was no issue either. I know there are horror stories, and some are hit or miss, but I'm hoping every time I come here it meets this...

My wife ordered a spicy ultimate crunch combo and upon asking for a bottled water was told it would be a $2 up charge over a soft drink. This is despite the fact that both a soft drink and a bottled water are listed as $4 on the menu. Then when the chicken burger arrived it was such a dark brown it was almost black. I was disappointed with both the quality of the food and the policy decisions of this establishment today. Its unfortunate because in the past I have had good experiences...

Horribly disorganized. Two burgers and fries took close to 30 minutes from order to pickup. Staff were disorganized and the management took no responsibility for the chaos ensuing in the restaurant. Other customers had a similar experience, items missing and some even walked away not bothering to...
