Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Vaughan

My first time ever going to a Chick-Fil-A and it was fantastic!!! My young family of 4 went to this site after a long day at Canada's Wonderland and when we arrived we could see that it was extremely busy! However when we walked inside we were at the counter in no time! We order 2 kids meals for the boys and 2 regular meals for ourselves. At the end of the order the young man at the counter explained to us that the kid's meals were on them as they had a free kid's meal promo on for the month of July (so even more brownie points to Chick-Fil-Aon that one especially after I paid $58 for 4 slices of pizza in Wonderland much earlier in the day). Again my first time ever in a Chick-Fil-A and if this is how they are all run or just this location I was really impressed. They take your name and give you a sign marker to let the wait staff know that you're waiting for an order. Again this site was extremely busy when we walked in and in no time after we sat down our order arrived and everything was absolutely amazing!!! Kids loved their meals and the sandwiches we had were to die for! At the end of our meal I decided to treat the kids to a cone as it was a really hot day in the sun at the park so when I went to order one for the each of them I noticed that they are not called ice cream cones there they are called "icedream cones." At first I thought this was a funny little gimmick but boy was I wrong, again the same ordering style proceeded and once I got back to my table I saw a young man with 2 icedream cones coming our way, they boys were extremely excited and said their thank you's and got right into them! After awhile I was allowed by my oldest to try his and I gotta say the name is exactly what they are! An absolute dream!!!! All the food we had was superb! But what I can't get over is the service of all the staff and how this place is run!!! Oh and forgot to mention at the top when we walked in the doors were held for us by what I'm assuming was the manager as he was dressed differently and had a red jacket on. A simple gesture yes but a lost art from especially for a place that is considered as fast food! This place was an absolute well oiled machine and would 100% recommend to anyone!!! On the way out I saw the gentleman that held the door for us on the way in and told him that this was an absolute amazing experience! I wish I lived closer so we can continue to give this site our business!!! @Chick-Fil-A you need to start expanding to other parts of Ontario!! We NEED one of these in Kingston ON!!!!! AMAZING JOB TO ALL THE DINNER STAFF THAT WAS WORKING THE NIGHT OF JULY 13TH...

I had the opportunity to dine at Chick-fil-A with my cousin and opted for the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich and a side of Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries. The ordering process was notably efficient and customer-friendly; you can place your order at the counter and then choose a seat, with a staff member bringing your food to you. This added a touch of convenience and enhanced the overall dining experience.

The Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich itself, however, was a bit of a letdown. The chicken was on the dry side, and while the seasoning was decent, the sandwich didn’t offer the extraordinary flavour profile I was hoping for. It felt somewhat plain compared to what I had anticipated. The Waffle Potato Fries were a highlight, though. They were crispy and well-seasoned, providing a satisfying complement to the meal.

The restaurant’s atmosphere is ideal for families and children, with a welcoming environment that caters to both. It’s evident that the space is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, making it a good spot for family outings.

Although the classic chicken sandwich didn’t meet my expectations, I’m interested in exploring other items on their menu. The experience was positive overall, and the attentive service adds value to the visit. I’ll likely return in the future to see if other menu options offer a more exciting culinary...

Straight to the point. I ordered three sandwich combos to dine in. When we received them the bread was very cold, which in turn meant the cheese was solid. I went to the front to ask if they toasted their breads before making the sandwiches. They said yes, so I complained that our breads were all fridge temperature. The employee left to speak with a manager and came back and was going to give me 6 hot buns. I was very confused, and clarified that she was giving me 6 hot buns to take back to the table and remake my sandwiches myself and she said yes! I said forget it and went back to sit down and eat my sandwich without bread or cheese. My son did the same. The assistant manager later came when we were almost finished and offered to make the sandwiches over. This is almost 10min after complaining. He didn’t even offer a refund when I declined to eat more sandwiches. I’m American and I’ve been to Chick Fil A’s all across the US. This would have never happened.

To add insult to injury, when my girlfriend asked for an extra ketchup the cashier said they’re not supposed to give out more than 2!

The worst Chick Fil A in North America. Definitely a fail for the most respected Customer Service...
