Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Vaughan

Walked into an empty store, waited a few minutes, eventually noticed that all the staff are sitting in the back on their phones. I left after calling out and waiting for another 10 minutes. I should have just left the plaza, but wife insisted we get what we came for. She went in and finally someone came to assist. Should have left, because the hot and ready we got looked like and tasted like it was there from the day before. Got a standard pepperoni hot and ready, and for being 3pm, you would expect more or less recently made pizza. So...

When I called in to tell they got my order wrong, they first denied it, then later admitted to making the wrong pizza and essentially said "too bad" and refused to do anything about it.

Also, when I went to pick it up they were just sitting around and took a few min to actually acknowledge I was there.

The food tastes great but I just wish I got the food I actually ordered, and that they took some responsibility over their mistakes or were a bit professional.

I have bought Pizza from this location a few times on uber eats. I have always ordered the large stuffed crust Pepperoni, which on their website says it comes with Parmesan cheese and Garlic Butter. I have yet to get this on my pizza and I have made notes in my order multiple times, telling them they missed it on my previous orders and they still didn’t do it.
