Starbucks — Restaurant in Victoria

I came in this morning to get the same drink I get everytime I come to Starbucks. They said they didn’t have oat milk and it’d be about 15 minutes. I didn’t mind waiting so I went for a walk and came back. After 15 minutes had past I went and sat down. 45 minutes had went by and I was hardly even acknowledged to be told my drink was coming. Nobody had even said sorry about the wait. I finally get my drink and it had cinnamon in it when I didn’t ask for cinnamon. I had to walk BACK over to tell them my drink was made wrong after almost an hour of total time to get one drink. The barista once again didn’t apologize and just handed me my drink. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and this is NOT how I would have handled it if I was on the other end. Super frustrated especially since I come in all the time and the employees are usually wonderful. I definitely won’t be coming back to...

Service is great with the right server. Today I was lucky enough to be served by the same young lady I had the other day. I'm assuming she has received disability awareness training because she put my coffee together by adding the cream & sugar which is very much appreciated when you're in a wheelchair. The other day, a young gentleman offered no such service and although it's not impossible to do, it really makes it easier as opposed to wheeling over to the area with cream & sugar with a hot coffee sitting between your legs. This young lady should be commended for her extra effort. Others need disability training which is not just for people in wheelchairs but think of the mother with a stroller and a young one...

My wife and I were just in to get a quick tea. I asked for the washroom code, as my wife was in the line to make a purchase. I was told the washroom code was for customers only. I got in line with my wife, she ordered her tea, we watched 5 others get served before us who made purchases after us. My wife even tipped. And when I asked about the tea, the girl who was serving asked what size it was. I didn't know the size as my wife ordered it, and we needed to catch the bus so we had to leave. We spent 15 min in there waiting for her tea. Thanks for stealing our money guys! The most ironic thing is that we're customers every Sunday on our way to church.
