My experience at the Hillside Mall location this afternoon was completely horrible. First off i tried successfully to order with the mytimmys app on my phone. It told me i had to scan to pay but would go no furthur in processing my order. When i asked the women at the counter, after waiting in line for 10 minutes, if they could help me with the app they both said, in broken english, no. Then it quickly got worse from there, i asked for my order, asmuming incorrectly that they would simply give me the order as indicated on the phone, again no. The cashier gave me the two donuts i wanted but when i payed i did not notice the ammount i was charged, so i was given two donuts, but no coffee, as was indicated on the app/phone, this is after she made a very personally offensive remark to me regarding an item on my clothing. Her comment/observation was inexcusably offensive, politically innappropriate, and gender shaming. I was already upset but then the srver making the coffee made a big stink about getting my coffee for me, she wanted me to get back in line, and i'm trying to keep my temper in check while she gets the coffee i ask her for a dome lid she ignores me and gives me a regular one, which i find very difficult to deal with, I have to ask her a second time for a dome lid at which point she became very rude and abusive as well. This was a very upsetting experience for someone like myself who has a ptsd disability after having to adjust to the real world after serving time in prison. I ordered a breakfast combo. The drink was wrong and when I asked about it they told me that I ordered the wrong drink. Then after waiting 15 minutes for the food where everyone behind me in line was already served, I asked about my order. To which the manager questioned the girl making the food. Her response was that she skipped that order. Huh? The manager prepared it and apologized for the wait.
This particular manager was speaking to the person taking my order while my order was being placed. I had to repeat everything three times because the manager interrupted the employee constantly.
Service in general is dead. But this location...

Surfaces touched by customers are regularly wiped down. 2 lines to order in. Just remember to ask for napkins (a necessity if you purchase filled or dipped donuts and/or Timbits).
