I was some what excited to try an old favourite when passing by and feeling a bit hungry. Let’s just say if you’re the type of person who loves leftovers this is the place. The sandwich was so cold and it’s felt like i was eating yesterday’s news. It was upsetting very quickly how poorly put together and cooked the sandwich was. The chicken was still cold and had me wondering how the bread could be so crispy yet the chicken was wet and cold. I soon discovered the bread wasn’t in fact crispy from a toasty oven as I remembered in the past but stale and dry. I know the menu said they’re was bacon but I literally had to play Nancy Drew to find it in my sandwich, it was little to none maybe two mini bacon bits. My one star was for the sauce cause they’re was a lot so at least it helped wash it all down and also hide all the secrets in the sandwich. I was really looking forward to the sandwich I once loved, one that I also ate very often years prior. Unfortunately I’m not a fan of leftovers and I also like my food warm and fresh when I buy it. Read moreI am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the lack of care and customer service regarding a recent order my wife placed through Uber Eats. She ordered her usual custom sub, but upon receiving it, she noticed tomatoes, which she had specifically not included. While that could have been overlooked, what is completely unacceptable is that the sandwich also contained bacon bits.
This is not only against our personal and religious dietary restrictions, but it also shows a complete disregard for accuracy and respect for your customers. To make matters worse, no receipt was provided with the order, which left Uber Eats unable to assist us. When we reached out directly, the response we received was simply “oh no, we were busy.” That is not an excuse—it is unacceptable.
Mistakes happen, but this goes beyond a small error. This experience has caused us to lose trust in your establishment, and unfortunately, my wife will no longer be ordering from you again. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and implement better care and quality control for your customers...
Read moreTerrible Quiznos. I came here on a Friday for the meatball sub deal and after ordering I find out that they charge extra for toppings. So all I had in my sandwich was meatballs. I've read other responses from the owner saying this is no longer "feasible" for the business but this is a terrible excuse. If you charge extra to add toppings on your "deal" then it's no longer a deal, you're just bringing the price back up. They also don't have their toppings listed to discourage you from getting them. I went to the southside location on roper road and not only do they have the toppings listed, but they DID NOT charge me extra for toppings on my friday deal. I told them about my experience at the west end location and they stated some quiznos run differently. Stop going here, the owner runs it to make it more expensive for you. You're getting ripped off here by a cheap owner when other Quiznos...
