Ate here a few times while staying at the Vic Inn. Food is subpar at best. Resembles frozen dinner type food. The cost is atrocious per portion. Cost should be half for the portions. Were only given a main menu, had to explicitly ask for a kids menu, a drink menu and a dessert menu. Ate in restaurant twice and both times there were families with young children who were allowed to run around the restaurant, screaming and yelling as if it was an indoor play place. There was the usual scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages, as well as various pastries - which were somewhat dry. They also shut down the budget and removed the food without warning; I might have gone for more, and I know the table next to us would have as well.

The California salad was one of the best salads I have ever had. The pasta was excellent as were the appetizers. The service was also very good. Noah, our server, was attentive but not overbearing.
