Freshii — Restaurant in Winnipeg

I ordered a couple of "smooties" from Freshii on Main today 🤢 I told them there is somehing wrong with my smoothies and they say it is supposed to be like that, ummm I don't think so I order this all the time and it has never come to me looking like that. I ask for a refund on the drinks and they refuse telling me just shake it and it will be fine. Never going to order from there again Tried to serve me food that was obviously left out and had gone bad Lied "its supposed to look like that" Refused a refund for what was clearly bad food If I could give a 0 stars for my service with them...

Ordered online. Food was not as expected. One of our order was super kids salad and it does not follow the ingredients specified. The cheesy chicken pocket was not even in the bag. Chicken Pokii bowl was not the greatest. Chicken was dry. The strawberry banana smoothie we want originally was not available. They don't have the thing we originally want. Basically what we ordered was messed up. Not going to go back at all. Only giving 1 star because we can't give zero....

Disappointing to say the least. Cobb salad flavor was ok but contained limp soggy lettuce and large leaf that was never cut up. Then looking at the nutrition label was surprising. @ 550 cal, 38g of fat and 1245mg of sodium those are all significantly more than a tasty Big Mac. Yikes if i want to indulge give me a Big Mac instead. Probably go back some time but will try something else.
