I came here today and asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese. There were 2 new people working here today who were older and don't English very well so I was having a hard time even placing my order. I was told they ran out of everything bagels so I ordered a plain bagel. I was then told they ran out of cream cheese so I asked for a plain bagel with peanut butter, to which I was told they ran out of peanut butter so I had to settle for just a coffee. They also did not know where to find anything. My friend asked them to microwave her muffin and she had to show them where the microwave was even though they were standing right in front of it. I was amazed at their lack of knowledge and professionalism. Such a terrible experience. I will never be able to enjoy coffee again. This experience has ruined my life. Read moreA friend and I go out for the Robins Classic breakfast here once in awhile. The staff treatment of us customers widely effects the quality of food. So far I have found only two staff who work here that actually listen to what is ordered and make the food tasty. Most just act as bored or that they are annoyed with us customers for coming through the doors. Yesterday we were all set to leave as the counter person said at 9am that we couldn't order the breakfast as he couldn't make it and the person who could was leaving. Suddenly the cook-person returned as we were almost at the door and cooked our cold semi-cooked, pale yellow eggs, toast that was so cold even the butter didn't melt and hard bacon breakfast. Read moreI recently visited Robin’s Donuts for the first time and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered three biscuits and a donut, but the biscuits I received were not the flavor I wanted. When I politely asked the staff to change them, they refused, claiming they couldn’t do so because I had touched or cut them. This was extremely frustrating as I hadn’t even tasted them yet and had no way of knowing the flavor without doing so. To make matters worse, I don’t eat raisins at all, so I had to throw the biscuits away. The staff’s unwillingness to help and their poor customer service left a bad impression. I definitely won’t be going back there. I hope the management takes steps to improve their service and customer satisfaction...
