La Panera Rosa Chile — Restaurant in Las Condes

We went for dinner to La Panera Rosa on Isidora, myself and a Chilean friend, and will definitely never come back for lunch or dinner. We had a spinach crepe and a steak (medallon de lomo con champignons y papas). The crepe was different from the description in the menu and from the explanation the waiter gave me (the spinach barely present, the "salteado de tomate" nonexistent but the waiter would try to convince me that the walnuts on top were dried tomatoes, really??!). The steak was not well cooked and tasteless. The roasted potatoes in both dishes were not fully cooked, so very unpleasant to eat. The worst part is that I started feeling stomach cramps after eating the crepe, and today I woke up with a horrible stomach ache. To make things worse, the price was not cheap for such a terrible experience. Will never ever go back for lunch or dinner...

Beautiful place, amazing attention from the staff, average food.

The staff at La Panera Rosa are incredibly friendly and accommodating! They even helped me with my request to prepare a small portion of blueberries just for my dog, so I didn’t have to pay for the full fruit plate—just as a side dish. Such thoughtful service! 💖💖💖💖💖💖They’re truly super pet-friendly, which is always a big plus.

The pink decor adds a charming touch to the atmosphere. The location is also excellent, the toilets are clean (an important detail!)🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Voy a partir diciendo que si pides tostadas con jamón y queso asegúrate de pedir el serrucho eléctrico por llegan tan tostadas que al tratar de cortarlas tu plato será un desastre. Respecto a la atención diré que el personal que estaba en turno no parecía estar atento a las mesas. Pedí un trozo de torta de zanahoria y lo llevaron a la mesa de al lado, luego de un buen rato tratando de llamar la atención de algún mesero [a] logre pedir una segunda tetera de te, la primera prácticamente era agua de la llave sin ningún tinte. Estaba en eso cuando me fueron a dejar la cuenta que yo no había pedido. El personal tiene mucho tiempo para conversar entre ellos pero se despreocupan de los comensales y en ese punto falla la atención y por muy bueno que sean los productos en cuanto a su presentación y sabor el servicio, a mi parecer, es sin lugar a dudas un aspecto fundamental en todo establecimiento. Una mención especial a la anfitriona que te recibe en el local (Valentina) en mi modesta opinión la que mejor entiende de que se trata el servicio, ella está mucho más atenta a lo que ocurre en las mesas que los que deberían estar atentos a ellas, pero que se reúnen a charlar con la señorita que entiendo es la cajera (?) Respecto del local en si es muy agradable el rosa le va bien y resulta agradable pese a no ser mi color favorito. En un día frío aléjate de la puerta de entrada y su movimiento.
