Wyndham Garden Santiago Kennedy — Hotel in Vitacura

The hotel staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast is decent. The hotel is old and needs a MAJOR renovation. The beds aren’t rock hard but they aren’t as comfortable as most suggested in there reviews. There was an assortment of pillows and some were ok and others were terrible. Our room needed a deep clean, it was superficially clean. The bathtub wasn’t clean, it looked as it needed a major scrub down. One of the walls was dirty and some things had stains. The one cup that was offered was dirty too. One of the major things that had me concerned was that the window that opened couldn’t lock, so although it would close it didn’t have any safety lock. I have small children and that could have been an easy horrific accident as we were on the 8th floor. Hoping that they fix those issues. Our stay at Kennedy Hotel in Santiago was truly exceptional, and we are delighted to give it five plus stars! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for.

A special shoutout to Jose Luis del Real Perez, our limo driver for two days and now our friend, he was simply fantastic. His knowledge, charisma, and professionalism made our experience unforgettable. We felt completely safe in his hands, and his service encouraged us to extend an invitation for Jose Luis to Australia with everything paid for as a recognition for his service and specially how he promotes the Hotel with such a passion.

The entire team at Kennedy Hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The housekeeping staff, laundry service, concierge at the main entry, restaurant staff (both breakfast and evening), and bar staff all provided outstanding service with warm hospitality.

We felt privileged to stay at such a wonderful hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. We are already looking forward to returning soon.

Nuestra estadía en el Hotel Kennedy en Santiago fue verdaderamente excepcional, y estamos encantados de otorgarle más de cinco estrellas, Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal nos hizo sentir increíblemente bienvenidos y atendidos.

Un reconocimiento especial para José Luis Del Real Perez, nuestro conductor de limusina durante dos días y ahora Nuestro amigo ; fue simplemente fantástico. Su conocimiento, carisma y profesionalismo hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera inolvidable. Nos sentimos completamente seguros en sus manos, y su servicio nos animó a extender una invitación para que José Luis viaje a Australia, con todos los gastos cubiertos, como reconocimiento por su excelente servicio y especialmente por cómo promociona el hotel con tanta pasión.

Todo el equipo del Hotel Kennedy fue más allá para asegurarse de nuestra comodidad. El personal de limpieza, el servicio de lavandería, el conserje en la entrada principal, el personal del restaurante (tanto en desayuno como en la cena) y el personal del bar brindaron un servicio excepcional con una cálida hospitalidad.

Nos sentimos privilegiados de haberme alojado en un hotel tan maravilloso y no podemos recomendarlo lo suficiente. Ya estamos deseando volver pronto.

We stayed at the Kennedy Hotel in Santiago twice. We first flew into Santiago for 2 nights from Ushuaia, then went over to Easter Island and returned for another 2 nights. The first time we stayed there we had a nice spacious room with a comfortable bed, the second time we were upgraded to a suite due to an error in the booking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful but I would like to mention one reception staff in particular, Sofi Gimenez. She really went out of her way to make us welcome and arranged for us to be upgraded! The suite was amazing. It was huge with a sofa and a bar, a spacious bed, two bathrooms, one with shower and Jacuzzi bath and two flat screen televisions. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice and the food in the hotel restaurant and at the bar was delicious with huge portions. I can only recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay...
