My first ever bad review on Google reviews. This place looks nice from outside, cosy atmosphere and good cutlery / delph. The staff were also friendly.
However, the price for the quality of food is scandalous. Ordered a latte and a hot chocolate for drinks. The hot chocolate was watery and not particularly strong tasting, the coffee was covered in cinnamon which isn’t to my taste. Couldn’t taste the coffee and only the cinnamon.
We ordered two soup of the days (vegetable) and split a meat empeñada. The soup was ok, could have been thicker with more vegetables and lentils. The empeñada to be fair was nice.
My major issue with this cafe is that two soups, two hot drinks and an empeñada came to €52 / 45,000+ Chilean pesos. The food wasn’t even close to substantial enough or tasty enough to warrant that. There are far better value places in the town to eat.

There was no coffee taste and basically just milk.
We were just having a takeaway and during payment, was still asked for tips. We thought it was just the norm but after visiting other cafe, they would tell us press another button to go ahead without tips, instead of automatically adding tips. We were quite disappointed at that and also the value of the coffee. But well, we went ahead to give. However, just thought that they could improve...
Read moreI ordered a few breakfast items toast sandwich and tea with milk, I received about 30-40 ml of milk to tea in a separate small glass it was very little for a large glass of tea, so I asked for more milk, the lady brought it to me and at the end it was added to the bill in the amount of 4 dollars (I did not receive info about cost) - I paid 4 us$ for about 30-40 ml of milk this is really excessive. Even in the Swiss Alps if you ask for more milk or something similar they will give it to you for free because you have already paid for the dish it is like demanding payment for salt and pepper. Sandwich and toast with avocado was really...
