The music is just OK: the quality of reproduction and playlist itself good 👍 ( volume also )
The lighting is just appropriate and professional, you see both: more white and bright large square lighting panels higher closer to ceiling and then more warmer less intense ( sort of traditional ) lamps with orange bulbs all above the restaurant area, that combination is great and many restaurants should be taking this as inspiration of how to do lightning in restaurant properly and pleasant for customers 👍
Sitting options and tables are just great - large wooden solid and well designed, comfortable for using/ touching 👍
Restaurant is spacious and clean 👍
Ordered vegetable sandwich and got some mysterious sort of burger which was tricky to eat and included only symbolic amount of 3 types of vegetables and few little pieces of cheap mushrooms :/
Would not recommend to anyone who is expecting to have this as lunch or dinner because the dish itself has very small nutritional value and tastes just as if it is made in some cheap street fast food/ bistro by someone who trying to save money on ingredients and preparing your meal in extreme rush in stressful environment
Im wondering is it problem of people in kitchen or rather management / leadership or restaurant ? People who serving here seem to be very polite, helpful and professional and thankfully able to speak English 👍 So I think it wouldn't be fair to blame the personnel for the outcome of their work if they serving you food just by following the instructions which were prepared by someone who is in charge of production on larger scale.
In this area in other businesses it is common that You get significantly richer meal with much higher nutritional value and which would not leave you hungry after eating whole portion 70 MOP (HKD) is amount of money with which you expect something significantly more
Would be great to see some dishes without meat, when You see the menu it looks like nearly every single dish including some type of meat. More diversity please!
For some unknown reason I didn't get plate and dish was served in the paper bag (simple but nice one) and with...
Read moreWhile I am a fan of Five Guys in general, I don't usually target it in the USA the way it was a top target for our first Macau visit. I promised my Filipina wife who has yet to make it to America that it was WELL worth the effort to find and eat Five Guys as soon as we got off the ferry from Hong Kong.
She absolutely LOVED it and wound up demanding we go once per day the whole trip! She now weeps because she's going to be craving it and has none in Manila. She wants us to franchise one there (but I don't foresee affording that).
If you're only going once, you probably have to get the bacon burger and fries...but Five Guys low key has the best hot dogs anywhere outside of a Sabretts cart in NYC, making it a difficult decision for me every time.
One thing is undeniable; their fries are the best anywhere in the world! You can easily share one small order and have plenty, but that never stops me from ordering a large and having even more. I highly recommend sharing a soda if you're dining in, then grabbing milkshakes to go...
Read moreWelcome to Venetian Macao.
Since I am a vegetarian, I will review this place for vegetarians.
Five Guys is located in the west lobby of Venetian.
Whatever lobby you get in from, just find the path to the west lobby, and you will find this big open space very well located five guys.
If you are vegetarian, then they have a veggie burger called a veggie sandwich and cheese veggie sandwich. They will customize your order, too, in case you are jain and do not want mushroom or onion.
Their fries are soul filling. I always take little fries - Five guys style as it's too much for me.
They also have a soda section that can be used to refill again if you need it.
5 stars to the team. They all speak English and understand the order very well.
Music keeps this place live.
Vegetarians, dont worry. The shop is open...
