DFS Macau, Shoppes at Four Seasons — Attraction in Cotai Landfill Zone

We came around 12:00 to buy gifts for friends at Jo Malone. There were two ladies ahead of us who were asking a lot of questions so we waited for them to finish their purchases. We noticed that there were more people coming in and since there was only one sales lady present,she was quite overwhelmed by all the questions as more clients came in. Perhaps an additional staff could be added as the inquiries from customers can turn into future sales.Since the lady was alone, she couldn't answer all the questions and get the orders asked by all the customers quickly. After a few minutes wait,we were able to get our purchases but I just noticed that my bag had no bow.We requested for one because we were getting gifts for friends and the bag had a hole for the ribbon which looked unsightly without it.The lady said it was only for big bags.( this was not so in Singapore,Philippines and Hong Kong ) In my opinion, if there was another person with the lady then the service could have...
