I ordered hot caramels macchiato in tall size. The taste of coffee just like water. No coffee flavor and caramel flavor at all. Not rich like other Starbuck in Macau. I can’t believe that how come the big coffee chain like Starbuck can’t make coffee taste the same every where. Maybe because of barista here can’t make a proper coffee. I think she need more training how to make a proper coffee. I’m not recommended to come here. I left nearly full cup of coffee there,can’t drink it!

I had a good experience compared to some reviews. Super busy branch. I managed to get a seat on a shared table. Clean. Service was good. Staff were friendly and pleasant. I ordered the tomato & egg sandwich (Half) which contained tomato, hardboiled egg salad mix and lettuce on harvest wheat bread. I took a bottled drink from the fridge. It was the Lorina Lemonade which was a sparkling soda with natural lemon and citrus flavor. Very nice and refreshing. The sandwich was lightly toasted and delicious. Light snack and hit the spot. The place is nice but upon buying a coffee mug, they just gave a paper bag WITHOUT ANY BOX (not sure if the staff is lazy or too busy to give basic customer service, so be prepared for a possible breakage of the coffee mug.

Unlike in other Starbucks outlets, a coffee mug purchase comes with a box. So if you have other places to visit yet, DONT MAKE A MUG PURCHASE.

So very disappointed about their service, it's just a box to protect the item we bought.

The coffee mug is about less than MOP $ 200- or about Php 1,400- (if we're in the Philippines, the Starbucks crew would probably offer even a makeshift...
