We were a table of 4 walk in on a Sunday night. Was quiet went up the escalator and asked to wait on couch even though clearly lost of empty tables. I asked the bar man for a drinks menu as I wanted a cocktail while I wait... then gave our order. We waited 10 minutes, still no drinks. Then they walked us to the table. We sat down, no offer of water etc and after another 10 minutes the cocktails arrive. 20minutes to make 4 drinks. Things only went down hill from there

The service was pleasant but sooo slow.... The staff seem a little lost at times. Maybe my expectations are high and Im inpatient but it was very slow

The food was not much better. The people I dined with agreed that it is a very basic grill with nice staff but incredibly slow staff. Frustratingly slow.
