This is the best cocktail bar I've ever been to. The friendly staff who can speak English and the piano player were really great. I highly recommend you visit this place with your loved ones in Macau. Of course, the cocktails and cakes here are delicious. Bloody Mary is the signature cocktail here, so I highly recommend ordering it! Each country has a special Bloody Mary. I chose the Bloody Mary Macau, which comes with egg tart and a drink. The Bloody Mary cocktail has a story to it and the beautiful rose cake is a dessert that can be performed beautifully. Since we had wine with dinner, I regret not ordering more cocktails here. It's a fun and beautiful atmosphere, so I'll visit it every time I come to Macau next time.

“Journey back to 1934, when famed barman Fernand Petiot perfected his recipe for an exquisite vodka-and-tomato juice cocktail, known at The St. Regis New York's King Cole Bar as the Bloody Mary. For more than 80 years, the iconic Bloody Mary has remained the signature cocktail of the St. Regis. Each St. Regis hotel around the world offers a Bloody Mary inspired by the local ingredients and spirit of their destination.”

What we ordered

-MARIA DO LESTE MACAO 东方玛丽,澳门

Vodka / tomato juice / tabasco / lime juice / worcestershire sauce / black pepper / piri piri chili / paprika chili / cinnamon powder / celery salt Based on the original mix of vodka and tomato juice, a synergy of ingredients indigenous to the many shores the Portuguese ships landed on come together to create a cocktail that is fresh, smoky, spicy and rich in texture.

-PINA COLADA

-ROSE; SWEET PLATE(甜点)

Mascarpone cream cheese, raspberries,...

A rare five star on the Macau hotel lobby bar scene. We spent a long weekend in Macau during Easter and had an enjoyable evening at the St. Regis Bar, located on the first floor of the hotel on the Cotai Strip. Opening hours 12pm to 1am daily.

Our visit was in the late evening and we found the bar around half full. Lighting is dim, decor quite nice with leather sofas and dark wood furnishing. Service very attentive. Tables are provided with a trio of bar snacks - potato chips, popcorn and dried chilli chips. These were enjoyed, as were our two rounds of drinks from the New York New York drink list.

During the evening, we found the Mint Julep and Sazerac to be just fine. However, we preferred their signature Bee's Nee's - a refined and sweet cocktail and the well-made Old Fashioned - just the right amount of stiff, sweet and smooth! Were very tempted by the comprehensive Gin and Tonic station others were ordering from however we decided to head out after two rounds. Will likely have them whip up a creative gin and tonic next time around.

We tried their food list during this visit as well, ordering the dry aged beef sliders with comte. These were surprisingly very good, The dry-aged beef had nice flavour and were perfectly complemented with the comte cheese.

Overall, we found the St. Regis Bar to have very nice environs, ambience and service. Table snacks were enjoyed and we very much liked the beef sliders. Drinks were as good as we would expect of a hotel bar of this calibre. In the end, the St. Regis Bar is one of the pricier bars around Macau but one of the better ones as well. We...

I had the absolute best time at the St. Regis Bar in Macau, and I just have to give a huge shoutout to the incredible Yanny and Fiona for making our experience so delightful! This bar is the epitome of elegance and relaxation, with a wide array of fantastic cocktails and selections and the talented musician Aaron, who absolutely stole the show with his amazing piano skills and soulful vocals.

During my visits from November to 29th December 2023, Yanny and Fiona went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and pampered. Their warmth and professionalism were truly heartwarming, and every drink they recommended was a perfect match for our tastes and preferences. They truly understood what we were looking for!

I can't express enough how grateful I am for Yanny and Fiona's exceptional service. They made us feel like old friends, and their genuine passion for creating a memorable experience was evident in every interaction. Their attention to detail and vast knowledge of the bar's offerings were truly impressive, and they made sure we had the most unforgettable evenings at the St. Regis Bar.

We can't wait to come back and enjoy your warm hospitality again. Cheers...
