Very disappointed shopping experience at this Hermes store. The salesman, Ryan, was so rude, impatient, totally lack of customer service training.

This store should be a high luxury boutique store. However, all I felt was just a street shopping quality service.

I even gave my complaint to the other salesman, I got no responses at all.

My friends and I spent 13,200(MOP) at this store today. Now to think back, it’s not worth of buying them.

I came back two month later. Thanks to Erica and Louis. This time I received a 5 star service. Of course, my friends and I spent more...
