ABC Cake House (Wan Chai) — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

Being a bread lover, cant resist to check out knowing it's a stone throw away from my office. All the buns, pastry are nicely displayed behind glass cabinets. So you choose and the nice staff will pack it for you. There isn't too much variety but the staples like pineapple bun, cocktail bun is there. I got my peanut one at 8hkd which is slightly more expensive than regular bakery.

Delicious old style bread and cake shop, beautiful bread they made there and cookies are exceptional, moreover, i have been there 4 times now and yet to get a chance to try out on their bun filled with beef curry, which tells you something. Seldom any old fashioned cake & bread shop who speaks out for the Hong Kongers, with the taste of their products, i would say this is probably one of the top 5 bread shop...

One of the staff is very impatient. Didn’t expect to be yelled at. Feeling wronged when I was just being a little bit slow 😣😣😣 Fully respect the bakery for the unstable schedule of baking…but I still expect some kindness...
