The staff is beyond rude and condescending, and not helpful at all. I had to ask several times before a woman reluctantly help me with a simple question, and what she recommended wasn’t what I needed, instead of helping me further, she decided she wasn’t there to help at all, and grabbed it from me and said they didn’t have anything I was looking for, then walked away-how rude!!!! Unbelievable!!!

The 2nd woman was literally standing right in front of the stairs to get to downstairs, my basket got in the way when I tried to get down (of course! She was standing right in front of the stairs and literally in the way!!!!), but I said I’m sorry anyway, and you know what I got? She literally cursed at me in Cantonese, probably thinking I didn’t understand Cantonese. The truth is I don’t need to understand Cantonese to know you she was cursing, the tone she used, the way she said those words, what a shameless woman! What a shame!
