Ching Ching Desserts — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

Delicious and refreshing desserts that seriously hit the spot! Highly recommend this random hidden gem near the Wan Chai wet market.

We came after dinner on a Saturday night and there was a little bit of a queue but nothing too crazy. Waited about 10 min for a table of 4. Restaurant is well lit and has a good vibe because I suspect that everyone is really enjoying their desserts.

We ordered the mango sago with shaved ice and a milk tea shaved ice. Both were so good and refreshing and the perfect ending to a hot day.

Service was also friendly and fast.

I think this place specializes in dou jiang / soybean curd. They have extremely nice soybean curd with soybean and some barley in the soup. Very delicious. Ate it twice in a handful of days.

Their ginger soup is also impeccable in my opinion. It packs a decent ginger punch counterbalanced by a light sweetness. The tang yuan in the soup is also really nice with very tasty filling and resilient skin.

Definitely appears like the proprietor of the shop tastes and test their products and tries to improve it over time while keeping to strict...

Arrived late at night . Service was excellent as I didn’t know what to order . I asked for recommendation of a cold dessert and out came the mango, grass jelly, sago & coconut milk dessert . Absolutely delicious ! Had to go for a 2nd dessert and was recommended the mango with milk shaved ice . Enjoyed the 2nd not as much as the 1st . Many people that evening at 9am .
