⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Catch Coffee Shop – A Must-Visit in Sai Ying Pun Catch Coffee Shop in Sai Ying Pun is an absolute gem for brunch lovers, coffee aficionados, and anyone who appreciates beautifully crafted food in a stylish, relaxing environment. 🍽️ Dishes That Delight • Fish & Chips: Golden, perfectly crispy beer-battered fish served atop a generous portion of seasoned fries. Accompanied by classic mushy peas and a tangy tartar sauce, with a wedge of lemon for a bright citrusy lift. • Crab Linguine: A standout dish featuring delicate angel hair pasta immersed in a vibrant seafood broth, topped with sweet crab meat and a decorative crab shell for flair. The flavors are rich, spicy, and balanced. • Steak & Eggs: A hearty plate with a succulent grilled steak cooked to medium-rare perfection, served with two sunny-side-up eggs and a bright cherry tomato and herb salad for freshness. • Apple Walnut Salad: Light yet flavorful, this dish combines crisp green apple slices, crunchy walnuts, creamy feta, and radish on a bed of fresh greens – all dressed with a gentle vinaigrette. • Coffee: Their coffee game is strong – smooth, aromatic espresso served in stylish pastel blue cups. A perfect complement to the meal or to enjoy solo at the bar. ✨ Warm, Welcoming Service What truly sets Catch apart – and makes it one of a kind in Hong Kong – is the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles and thoughtful service. Whether you’re asking for recommendations or need a little extra time to order, they’re attentive without ever being intrusive. The team here elevates the whole experience with a personal touch that’s increasingly rare in the city. ☕ Ambience & Decor The interior is chic and modern, with a touch of retro charm. The arched back bar with marble tiles and soft lighting creates a cozy yet trendy atmosphere. Whether you’re sitting at the bar or a side table, the vibe is welcoming and sophisticated. The attention to detail in the decor, from the marble countertop to the minimalist glassware and light fixtures, enhances the whole dining experience. 📍 Why You Should Go • Beautiful plating and generous portions • Friendly, standout service – rare and refreshing in Hong Kong • Great location for catching up with friends or enjoying a solo coffee break • A polished space that balances comfort with class ⸻ Catch is the kind of place that makes you feel like a regular on your very first visit. With excellent food, great coffee, and staff that truly care, it’s a place you’ll want to return to again and again. Highly recommended!

Catch recently opened their shop in SYP under island crest building, it replaces the comfort food and bar at the same location. We visited catch for midweek lunch, they have lunch deals starting 170$ to 250$ depending on what mains you order. The deal consits of a salad/soup, a main, a drink and dessert. We tried the fish and chips and grilled salmon for mains. The cream of mushroom 🍄 soup was delicious. Fish 🐠and Chips 🍟 were quite bland and would rate it 2** and not recommend. Grilled salmon 🐟 was quite great with the topping layered with cream, onions, and tomatoes but the quantity seemed quite less for a price of 200$ so would say not worth the bucks but it tasted wonderful. For dessert they had cinnamon dough balls 2 per person so don't go thinking a lavish dessert would be offered. FYI for lunch they don't do a la carte so it only leaves you with the lunch deal. Probably would visit again for evening drinks sometime.

Amazing experience, cozy neighbourhood l, was lucky to find parking right outside. Staff friendly, very spacious, kid friendly, very good food. Crab pasta was a great deal and delicious, clams for the Vongole was juicy which is rare in HK, kids meals were delicious. I loved the spinach and bean/chickpeas mix in my brunch. Perfectly sliced avocados and bacon strip sizes were easy to put the whole piece into my mouth. Having not been for many years I would recommend you visit if you’ve not been or go back if you’ve been before - loads of good deals like Taco Tuesdays, Buy one Get one main on Wednesday and 50% off wine bottles on Thursdays. Oh and the bathroom is clean ✨ with nice decor, something you don’t usually find in small F&B outlets - good quality toilet paper too!
