First impression was good, things went down very quickly.
Brought my family over to have a some gelato to cool against the hot weather. There were 4 of us.
We bought only 3 scoops of different flavour, because when we were deciding to buy the 4th scoop, the barista refused a to let us try a fifth scoop because the reason was, there were only 4 of us, therefore entitled only with 4 tries, but with my own eyes, I saw a person that communicates with cantonese gets more than 3 tries of different flavour before buying.
Average gelato bad service. Would advice no one to go there. (at least while the man in service is still servicing)

In fact we ended up paying something like 8 euros for a small icecream, plus an extra 1 euro for the fact that one of the flavours was a âpremiumâ one (how much more premium can it get....). And when trying to pay the HKD 206 (for 3 small ice creams) it emerged that they dont accept credit cards.... making me find an ATM to withdraw cash..... We also noticed a long line of ants crawling all the way into the sweets on top of a counter. Upon telling the lady, who clearly did not like her job, she said sheâll âlook into it laterâ.
