Visited this chocolate shop in Sheung Wan, which I had bookmarked for a long time, with my friends. . We ordered the following dishes to share: -Double Chocolate Pudding (HKD68) Topped with slightly sour citric whipped cream and bitter dark chocolate chips, the pudding was made from 85% chocolate. Its chocolate flavour was incredibly prominent and rich, and the texture was firm and smooth. The dark caramel sauce at the bottom added more sweetness to the dessert. -Sourdough Toast with Smoked Salmon & Soft Boiled Egg (HKD108) The sourdough was crispy, pairing well with the aromatic cacao brown butter and the savoury smoked salmon, which came in a generous amount. Jam was also served. For drinks, I ordered Belize 85% paired with Milk (HKD68). It got a hint of woody flavour, and the chocolate taste was truly intense. Adding ice made it more refreshing and suitable for summer. . Located on Tai Ping Shan Street, the choco shop requires a bit of walk uphill to get there. The shop is quite small and doesn't have many seats, but it is really popular. It is an animal-friendly resto, so we saw several dogs. . With a dark green colour theme and retro style, the goose decorations made the shop look cute.

Best chocolate experience in town Cozy place, with large range of chocolate drinks and desserts for choice. With range 70% to 100% for choices, in terms of different fruity and nutty levels. Shop owners are very knowledgable in the chocolate making process, they would introduce how a raw cocoa bean turns into a chocolate product. • Favourite dessert – Chocolate pudding Well balance between chocolate richness and on top with the lemon moose, adding a spark and refresh flavour for the sweetness • Goose' chocolate drink – Tanzania 73% Significant fruity taste, served with oat milk will be a good choice also. It blends well with the chocolate and create a smooth texture. Overall an enjoyable experience, highly recommended for chocolate lovers or beginners! :)

Saw this on local vlogger Sam and Victor’s channel and decided to pop in as we were in the area.

It is a quaint and charming eatery, with the owner’s personal touches evident in each nook and cranny. Love the shelf of vintage toys and the books on chocolates.

There are about 15 seats, including bar seating, and they were filled when we were there.

The double chocolate pudding is truly wonderful. I am not a chocolate lover but I was loving every bite. The Vietnam chocolate drink was a tad bitter, while the chocolate orange drink was sparkling and refreshing.

Prices are par for the course, and expect to pay around HKD80 per item.

If you are lucky, the owner is present and has the time to share his expertise...
