Greenhouse — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

It’s actually my second time here at greenhouse! I do think they offer a range of high quality food for big groups! We came here today to finally get to order their truffle pizza!!! We also picked the pork ribs to share and a scallop skewer with bacon. it’s is such a lovely decorated environment with good interior design and also very spacious! lots of options in the menu too. the pork ribs was flavorful and delicious 🤤 the portion was prefect for two of us. Alongside there are also grilled corn with cheese, buttered potato! It was definitely an add on for this dish. Very satisfying and happy! it was juicy and they also offered an additional sauce just in case! the scallops were cooked perfectly with marinated bacon 🥓 wrapped around the scallops, giving it an additional flavor! the highlight of the night was the truffle pizza with prawns! Unexpected Poor Service at Time Squares Greenhouse

On July 10, 2024 around 1:00 PM, I visited Greenhouse for a normal office worker's lunch. Unfortunately, the service was unexpectedly poor.

The wait time for the food was close to 1 hour, which is unacceptable for a lunch service. To make matters worse, the soup was served cold when it arrived. The main dishes also took over an hour to be served. Due to the lengthy delays, I ended up needing to get the food to-go and eat back at the office.

A 10% discount was offered without my consent, but I did not have the time to deal with the manager about the poor service at that point. If your restaurant is unable to provide timely and quality service, especially during peak lunch hours, I would strongly encourage you to review and improve your operations.

Poor service, almost rude.

Greenhouse, if you want to position yourself as a 茶餐廳（hong kong local cafes) , dont charge me $600+ for a lunch.

When we asked for a table for two at the entrance, the girl turned to her boss and asked loudly, "俾唔俾佢哋入” （ "should we let them in?" ）, I was wondering what was our problem, then the boss replied in a cold tone "1.5 hours".

Okay, we were seated. Placed order with the server, we ordered the mains and I continued to order drinks, only after i finished saying i wanted a pina colada, i noticed the server is already gone.
