Starbucks (Times Square) — Restaurant in Hong Kong Island

This is a small Starbucks setup on the 9/F of the Times Square Shopping Mall in Causeway Bay. The seating area is standard sized with an open mall style layout. Drink menu and counter food situation is the same as every Starbucks in the city.

There are quite a few local coffee specialists on the streets around Causeway Bay but not here in the mall. You'll find a relatively new place called Blooms on the 11/F that is pretty good. A couple other dessert shop type places on lower floors sort of pass for coffee/tea places as well. I'd say this is not a badly designed Starbucks. I enjoy the variety of seats they provide and also the number of seats. The service is just as expected. However, this is likely an unpopular opinion, but this Starbucks does not accept cash which can be particularly troublesome for students like myself who often use cash for payments unlike online payment. They do accept octopus but I personally have run into the problem where my octopus has an insufficient balance. The service is extremely slow in this branch. I have ordered 2 drinks and I have waited for a p minutes. There was only one customers in front of me and 3 staff were there at that time. I have asked them about my drinks and they just ignored me and staff who served my drinks just slammed it on the serving counter. Such a terrible attitude.
